Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Awful service if you choose to do to-go orders, the last few times I've gotten to-go orders from here I've had to wait a really long time even if I call it in and give them the amount of time they tell me it will take. This past time they told my order got lost in the system and had to walk around the store for about 30 minuets waiting on my food even tho I called it in 15 minuets beforehand. The service is good when you actually go in and eat but the to-go service there is pretty awful.

Great food, amazing employees. The atmosphere of the store is also very comforting the moment you walk in.

Quick consistent service good and food always hot. Need to add salt/ pepper. And does not matter where in the country you go it's the same

Had the worst experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel at this location. Food order took over an hour. Waitress was MIA. Asked the hostess for the manager, and the manager sent the hostess back to our table to "see what we wanted", then never came to the table.
Food arrives, and was disgusting. Requested the manager again and she was a complete jerk. 17 tables in this restaurant were dirty. Restroom smelled like urine.

Don't waste your time!

When speaking to the workers they sound nice, but if you order DoorDash through them don't expect your food to be prepared when it should be. They Will specifically make those orders wait till the dasher Enters the building says that they're there and then after everyone else gets served they will work on the dashers food order which should have been started when the customer made their order!!
This one makes Dashers late and can lose their jobs and gets The customers mad at the dashers because they don't understand that these restaurants do this!! If the order was made at 7 and the app for the customer says it should be ready for pick up by 7:30 the dasher should be able to walk in and pick up on time and make it to the customer on time!!

Cracker Barrel is like an old country store, with food like grandma used to make. They have plenty of vegetables, plus bacon, country ham, sirloin, chicken, turkey, and eggs.

They have the biggest, fluffiest, pancakes anywhere. The gift shop as local favorites and old time candies; like fireballs, Neco wafers, butter candies, and more. The draw of Cracker Barrel is they know what comfort foods are and how to prepare prepare them.

The next time you're on the road, or just miss grandma's cooking, trim into a Cracker Barrel location and you're home.

Food today was blah, no flavor. Had maple glazed chicken, green beans & sweet potato. Sweet potato was barely warm...butter wouldn't melt.

A/C ON HIGH only 50 outside. Several asked to turn it off....

I wasn't happy to see the curb side parking spaces that were end of building have now been moved to the front door...I live here and come here weekly, I have yet to see anyone parked in curbside as most come inside..this is an older community and now those folks have walk twice as far to get in...I guess to save a paid employees steps....ridiculous!

The wait for a server was ¹5 minutes after being seated...however, once here did good job....

Strawberry plains pike is not up to par as of late....go on to exit 407...

This is a great Cracker Barrel and right off the highway. While en route to home, my mom and I stopped here for an early breakfast. There weren't that many people there at 8am on a Sunday and it was perfect for us. We were seated right away and in the room with the roaring fireplace. It was nice and cozy.

Our server, Tammy H., was quick and friendly. I appreciated her attention to the time and not dawdling, because we wanted to keep driving to get home at a reasonable hour.

I had the sunrise special with plain hash browns. My mom had the egg sandwich.

Tried this place a few different time a few years back while I was on vacation and on a cross country road trip! And the ambiance is so neat and cool as they are not only a restaurant but they are also a cool little country store as well! The ambiance is very country and homey and farm like! The food and the service are very good and nothing like sitting down to a hot country home cooked meal after a long day of sightseeing or long hours on the road behind the wheel!

Camille was our server as many times before and she's great!! Tried one of the new dishes today, the steak and egg bowl. Recommended by Camille, Very good. This is close to home and we will be back for sure.

Food was just ok. Great wait staff and store is amazing. They have darling Christmas displays right now.
