CPR Cell Phone Repair Columbus

I have insurance on my phone and that I recommend for anyone, I have a Samsung S20 and I would be dead without it. My insurance provider, Square Trade, sends me here for when there was something wrong with my phone, both times this place has fixed my phone and have offered amazing customer support.

The last time I came here about 2 weeks ago a young man by the name of Zach, (I think that was his name?) offered me such amazing support for just a cracked screen that here I am writing this review. Here's where it gets even better, I came within 90 minutes of them closing, so by the time my phone was fixed they were closed. Now my phone's camera wasn't working, and before the fix it was. I was hoping he didn't leave and I was back at the door knocking to see if he was still there. By the grace of god he was, understood the problem and fixed it immediately, he was that good.

In conclusion, I don't know if I got the employee's name right but what I do know is that I will be coming to this store for anything wrong that happens to my phone.

I am amazed at the greed of this company. I purchased a screen protector for 19 dollars and was told it was covered by warranty against defects.

The screen protector started peeling and bubbling in about three days. I called and was told to bring it in. When I arrived they said it would be a 15 dollar "transfer" fee. It was also installed crooked. Scratching this place.

I was having problems with the screen on my I-Phone. I called CPR (first time customer) and David, ordered a new screen. When I came in, after I removed the cover to the I-phone, I showed Brandon that the screen had expanded, causing the screen to move away from the compartment of the I-phone. Brandon explained that the battery was swollen, causing the screen to expand. Hence, a new battery was ordered. When I came back, Peter worked on my I-Phone, and repaired it, by replacing the screen and the battery. About three weeks later, my I-phone completely discharged overnight, and I couldn't get it to start. I brought it back, and David started it for me, recharged it, and and tested it. Hence, I was more than pleased with the overall service from the personnel at CPR. Also, I liked the convenient parking in the lot in back of the store, since it is not convenient to park on N. High Street. If I have any additional problems with my I-phones in the future, I certainly will use the services of this establishment. I would like to add that the personnel at CPR Cell Phone Repair, are much more technologically proficient, than what I previously experienced at the the Apple Store, in Easton!

I brought my son's Nintendo switch into this store because the controller was what looked to be broke off with some wires hanging from the main body. The young man was kind and took it to the back to work on it and brought it back put together and working! I was so relieved and he didn't charge me because he said it didn't take much work to fix. I applaud this kind of decency and wish other places would take note! Good policy keep it up!

Took my IPhone here because the camera lens was cracked. I called and made an appointment, and was told that I'd be called if the part didn't arrive in time. When I showed up for my appointment the part hadn't arrived. I asked why nobody had called, and there was no explanation or apology given. I left and eventually got a text saying the part had arrived, so I went back and dropped my phone off. The service took about an hour. Two weeks later, the replacement lens had cracked, which I assumed had to do with the repair, as I hadn't dropped or mishandled the phone at all. So, I called and asked if they'd repair it again, and was told they'd do it for half price, which is unacceptable. CPR Cell Phone Repair doesn't stand behind their work, nor do they respect their customers time or money. Avoid.

Fantastic knowledge service. They are excellent at notifying my email and making calls.
My phones screen was so shattered that glass fell off of it and the screen had 4 thick vertical lines on the screen. It was totally unresponsive with the exception of rise to wake (iPhone se)

They had it done in 45 minutes and gave a lifetime warranty. It literally looks and performs like a brand new phone.

My phone company wanted 169 to replace the phone. There top notch work was 86.

Great price and quick too definitely helped me in a pinch with my cracked iPad screen

They did a great job! They were able to quickly identify the problem and had reasonable prices. I don't have a common phone so they had to order the parts, which took a few days, but once that happened they fixed it quickly and communicated well about how much time it would take. They replaced my screen, and didn't charge me for it because they could fix my old screen and get credit for it. They seemed to have a good knowledge of how to fix it, and clearly communicated their prices and timing (although my problem seemed to be a more common one). Great service, especially for an older android phone that's not their specialty.

These guys are great. Both time I went I did a walk in and they helped me within and hour with my iPad and iPhone repairs. Friendly and timely!

I took a broken phone to CPR. They tried and failed to fix it, and refunded my money when they couldn't fix it.

Everything about the place screams competence. The guys at the counter had some plausible theories about what the problem might be. They set expectations clearly up front. They emailed me results right when they said they would. Everything was clearly documented.

I'll be back next time I have a problem with my phone.
