The team were responsive and involved at every level of the work with great communication and a great crew who were highly professional and skilled and did a great job. They started on time and finished on time and each day made sure the site was cleaned and organized. I cannot say enough about their work ethic and oversight and attention to detail.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

After getting three estimates we decided to go with Cowan's Roofing to have our 30+ year old roof replaced on our home. We decided to go with asphalt shingles on the main roof and standing seam metal on the porch. I highly recommend them. The contract we received before the work was started was very detailed and clear. They showed up on time did a professional job, cleaned up all the debris. Very happy!

I truly regret hiring this company and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. One of the crews that was working on our house failed to cover an unfinished portion of our carport roof which led to the ceiling crashing down on my wife's car after a torrential downpour. Left our property with over 6,000 dollars in damage and the owner claims it is not their responsibility. Also tried to add things to the final contract that were not discussed or included in the original estimate. Painful experience from start to finish. Be warned!

We hired Cowan to replace our roof with a metal one last summer. Nathan added charges to the bill which were not included in the original quote, had to send out a 2nd crew to redo half of the unslightly work of the 1st, and then left us with over $6000 in property damage from the "good" crew. Instead of being professional and honest, Mr. Cowan (who did not properly oversee the work) twisted facts, made up excuses, and refused to accept any responsibility. Homeowners beware!

I chose Cowan Roofing to replace my roof and gutters a few weeks ago. I am very pleased with the final result! I found Cowan on the Better Business Bureau website. They are accredited with the BBB and have an A+ rating. The company is to be commended for their professionalism! They are easily accessible via phone and email and show up when promised. Chris Cowan was wonderful to work with. He took pictures of my existing roof and explained issues that were going on. He gave me options to pick and choose from. My roof looks exactly as I had pictured it and I paid the exact amount that was quoted to me. I would highly recommend Cowan Roofing to everyone!

Cowan did a beautiful job replacing my 100+ year old roof with a new metal roof. They were here when they said they'd be here, did the work quickly, and policed up every nail. I was very impressed, and pleased with the work.
