Comfortable, convenient and well maintained. Everything you expect from a Marriott hotel. Courtesy staff and fun indoor pool with a pretty elaborate and awesome outdoor patio.
For covid they do goodie bags with juice, banana, granola bar, yogurt and muffins in it instead of a continental breakfast.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 56413261190Jan 27, 2021
Very nice property in a very nice section of Tulsa. Their Covid protocols were very up to date per Mariott standards. Contactless check-in. Our room was advertised as not having been occupied for the 24 hours period before our arrival. Lots of services in the area.
We were disappointed in the compliance of the guests. At least 1/2 were maskless. Mariott has a "please wear your masks" all over the property, but I guess a lot of people are ass-holes about protecting themselves and others.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Danne M.San Antonio, TX051Dec 2, 2022
Granted it was an oversite on my part, I left my coat in the closet. I contacted the hotel same day as I checked out and was told to call in the morning to talk to housekeeping. No coat was found. Did someone actually open the closet to check? I don't know. I was put off, redirected, and told someone would call me back. Over the next 5 days I called twice a day to be told to call back or someone would call me back. I never spoke to anyone who claimed authority and NO ONE ever called me back. Again, my bad for forgetting my coat but the hotel seems to believe in finders keepers as well as ignore the problem and it will go away.

The hotel is super clean and very nice. I arrived 3 hours before check-in, and the general manager was able to get my wife and I into a room right away. The staff was great!
The room was clean and well kept.
I would have given it 5 stars for the hotel itself, but gave it 4 because of the location. You have to go into the mall parking lot to get to the hotel, and on the weekend, the traffic is horrible during the day. I had to find a back way through the neighborhood to get to the hotel faster.
So if it wasn't for the mall traffic, I would definitely stay there again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michelle H.Madill, OK0251Jul 31, 2022
Nice hotel, nice pool. Service is lacking. Maybe due to the fact people aren't able to hire working now a days due to no one wants to work? We had trouble with our original Check in. We ended up getting in a room- oddly enough they couldn't find our reservation with confirmation number?????? And the check in clerk was a know-it-all. I won't mention her name- but check in was uncomfortable. She ended up helping us and we got a great room. She interrupted our service check in to help others standing in line while we waited. I get it- but it made us feel so small. Housekeeping was great. But I probably won't stay again at this particular Marriott.

Never get a second chance to make a first impression. Now, granted when booking the room we anticipated arriving at 3:00 pm but we arrived 67 minutes early. The young lady at the desk quickly told us we cannot check you in until 3:00 pm due to that is check in time. I asked is there not anything you can do she quickly said no room available. Now, she didn't check, or look into the computer just blew me off. Never have I had this happen at a Marriott property. Ridiculous.

I spent the night here may 13. The hotel is in a great area with plenty of walkable restaurants close by. The rooms are clean and seem newer. I did have an issue with the woman who checked me in. I asked for 2 extra pillows she said "I'll see what I can do". As a side note I have a standing request for 2 extra pillows on my Bonvoy profile, but it has NEVER been honored, They never look at it, 39 nights stayed this year. Later that night she said she can't get any extra pillows. I said "there are 25 cars in the parking lot, the hotel isn't even half full, can't you get one from another room?"
She said "No, we have QC". I thought oh QC ? Really. Oh brother. Later that night we were in our room and started smelling cigarette smoke. I went out on the balcony and could see people in the room below us smoking on the balcony. I called the front desk and asked for a room change, the same employee who refused to find a couple extra pillows answered the phone. She begrudgingly found us another room, overlooking an air conditioner. We packed up our stuff (with 2 pillows!!) and dragged it to a new room with a view of the hotel air conditioning system. Later that night my wife and i saw the employee in the hall and she said: "I guess you got what you wanted" and flipped us off! Yes flipped us off, a Marriott Bonvoy Diamond member!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jane M.Rogers, AR48954Aug 15, 2018
Excellent hotel on everything! Immaculate in all areas. Staff is cheerful, respectful and skilled. A hot tub is on the top of my list and this one scores an A+. Our bed felt like a new, firm mattress. The coffee pot has its own little space, instead of being next to the bathroom sink or stuffed in a closet. Our room is pleasant, quiet and the air conditioner is quite and efficient. Last but not least, the restaurant area doesn't have a blaring TV; there are several private booths with a small built-in TV, in addition to several tables. The meatball dinner had a tomato sauce with ricotta cheese, topped with a lettuce/shredded cheese accent! Oh, and "real" stemmed glassware, instead of flimsy plastic cups.
Detail, detail quality! You'll find it here. Need I say, "We'll be back!"Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Matt G.Rancho Santa Margarita, CA07Jul 30, 2021
During a recent drive across country from SoCal to Ohio, we stayed at several Marriott properties. As usual they are consistently good. This was one of the best. One of the workers named Sia at the front desk was particularly a standout. So welcoming and friendly. It was nice after traveling all day to have someone make you feel like you are truly a special guest. She is a big asset to this property. The hotel itself was very up to date, clean and in a nice area with a lot of dining and shopping options very close by. We had a car full of stuff and I was glad to see the well lit parking lot and security cams all around. Wish we weren't just passing through for a night.

Looks like a new hotel, easily walkable to woodland hills mall. Lots of hangout space in lobby/cafe area and the back lounge/reading area. Nice touches like carpeted stairs with doors open on each floor, so its convenient and feels safe to take the stairs for additional exercise.
Paul mitchell shampoo/conditioner is nice too, as well as a decent size boxsize fridge.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
