Stayed here for one night last week. Having never stayed in a Country Inn I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is very much a living room look with couches, a fireplace, and bookshelves. I had no issues at all with the room and was easily able to connect to the free wi-fi. While the room was ok, I found the breakfast room was uncomfortably close-everyone in the room could easily hear conversation even at low volume. The food selection wasn't exactly spectacular either. The saving grace was a waffle maker, but there wasn't a topping bar! How to you have waffles with no toppings (save chocolate chips)? Overall, well worth the $80 one night stay.

Affordable. Clean. Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Attentive and excellent communication.
Room was clean as spacious. Comfortable. Bathroom was updated and clean.
Continental breakfast was a nice little breakfast to get you started for the day. Food was warm.
Cannot complain about our stay at all.

Hotel management was very nice but they charged me a security deposit for the room and they have not released it back to my credit card. I's been over 1month! Very disappointing!!

The place is falling apart. We never really got hot water in the shower. The smoke detector was missing in our room, toilet seat is the bathroom is broken. Large water damaged ceiling tiles on the 2nd floor (so not water from the roof) I tried to use the rest room on the first floor and it was disgusting. I even noticed that one of the room numbers on the second floor was written on the wall where the wallpaper had been torn off. I know that hotels/motels have had it tough since COVID but this is terrible.

No smoke detector and ceiling damage.

We travel fairly often and stay
      at a variety of hotels.
It's rare I ever rate a hotel so low
The staff at this hotel is what makes it worth staying, nothing else
The cost was higher than we have ever paid even when staying at any other country inn by Radisson
      Never again

Clean room. Hot water was great!! Comfy beds and affordable. Only complaint was the hallway noise and parking lot noise. Other than that I'd stay again.

Do your own research, this hotel has multiple bad reviews. After staying, I looked at several places like Trip Advisor, Google and Yelp and found a ton of feedback for the owner. It was really funny to read their comments to legitimate customer complaints. They were unbelievably unprofessional for the hospitality industry. I can see why the place is a disaster after seeing how management responds (I can't wait to see the hostility for this review). Rather than try and improve, they make excuses for failure. I'd bet if they took ownership of the issues, addressed the complaints and apologized for the problems that more people would be willing to give it another shot. As it stands, I had a one night booking and then found other accommodations for the remainder of the dates I will be in town.
It's being "remodeled" it seems but the work is terrible, but that's not the real problem. Its an incredibly filthy property. Despite having what appears to be newer (very cheap) flooring that makes noise every time you walk on it, almost like crunching dry pasta. Housekeeping apparently doesn't clean the floor because I had trash and food from prior guests. It was really gross. The common area of the hotel in the lobby and hallways looked like it was an abandon building with carpet that had gross stains everywhere. Their owner has to look at this every single day and apparently just doesn't care. How hard would it be to get the carpet cleaned once in a while? The lack of attention to some of the most obvious and fixable problems speaks volumes.
If they are so lax with basic cleaning, there's no way I'd eat in a place like this.
      * Watch for the incoming hostile response from management*

On Tue May 2nd, I went to add a day to our reservation at the Ciuntry Inn and Suites in Bloomington, MN. By adding an extra day, I noticed the daily rate had changed from the $148.95 for the previously booked night to $173.95/night for the previously booked night and the new night. I call the hotel at 612-255-0555 and spoke to Starla. Starla stated that she sees $158.95/night. I agree to the change. Upon confirming, she stated that the price was not $158.95/night but $173.40. She place me on hold to figure out what happened. About 20 minutes later the call is dropped. I call back using the 612-255-0555 number again and reach Jack who transfered me to Ahla in Customer Care. Ahla kept repeating the corporate Property management strategy for pricing a room which does not explain why the room rate for our original reservation increased when we added the second day. Its a difference of $24.75 from the original reservation rate of $148.75 and $14.45 from the $158.95 nightly rate Starla quoted me. To a retiree that is a lot. I'm not sure what that means to a large corporation. Our grandkids are staying at this hotel the same dates. Staying someplace else means we won't see them as much so we may stay for our grandchildrens' sake. But in our travels, we will certainly think twice about staying at a Radisson Hotel Group hotel and if we have a choice, will likely chose something else.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever been in! The bath towels in the room were thread bare. The hand towel by the sink was crusty, yellow stained and black make up stains on one side and the towel was folded to look clean. Washed my face with what I thought was a clean wash cloth but it was actually covered in black Eye make up. I reached for the hand towel and saw that it was unwashed from the previous occupants of the room. Brown substance smeared on wall by bed. No working phone in room. Outlets os worn out that I plugged in my cell phone to charge and the plug fell right out of the socket. no batteries in an out dated smoke detector. We complained about how gross the room was and we had the police called on us. No yelling no fighting nothing. Just told to leave. They didn't like the fact that we saw that they were a disgusting unsafe hotel. The police said this wasn't the first time this has happened. NEVER stay at this hotel. This review would not let me give ZERO stars so I had to give one. I GIVE THIS HOTEL 0 STARS!!!

Disappointed on every level. This should be in the motel category. No baseboards, wallpaper crumbling, screws coming out of the walls, and pieces of stucco were falling from the ceiling. To make it worse, I left my toiletry bag and called hours later and was told, "you must have lost it, the woman that cleaned your room has been here for 7 years." The management is completely unprofessional. Woman at the desk could not produce a receipt for our stay. Told us that we didn't stay in the room we stayed in because that's not was what listed in her computer. It was ridiculous.
