Costa Vida

We have come here a least a1-2 times a month for the past 15 years. This is a great spot and family friendly. Kids eat free on Mondays and there is a local park nearby. The staff here are great and recognize us when we come in. Great spot for some great food! The staff has been great the past few years.

Costa Vida recently catered a large biking event for 1200 riders. We needed to cover, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free menu for our participants, which is not an easy task. Manish ( the owner) managed to do all this and more for us. the food was hot, tasty and plentiful. He was punctual and his people were great to work with all day. He will definitely be our first choice for next years party.

We stopped for dinner after rock climbing and it did not disappoint. Servings were a good size, it tasted yummy, and the staff were nice and accommodating. The inside was clean, and quiet.

The raspberry chipotle chicken is and I will definitely be ordering it again

Fresh food great ingredients and amazing flavors not really authentic but it's better this way the way the flavors play with each other is fun and unique fast.

I Love this place!! The service is quick and fast. I love the atmosphere it's like your on the beach. The food is really good. You can get whatever you want and still yummmmmm!.

They have daily specials, and on Sunday you can choose any daily specials that was offer mon to sat. Each daily specials comes with a drink of your choice. The drink choices are a soda, horchatta, strawberry lemonade, and drinks changes, but those were the choices for me.

One of my memorable choices is chicken enchiladas. Simple yet good and worth the deal.

Enchiladas, they ask me what sauce I like l, I just put all three sauces or one of each they offer. Including adding the queso too.

They ask you what toppings you like, I like fresh lettuce, white onions, fresh tomatoes, all the salsa, fresh jalapeños, sour cream, cheese, and add guacamole too. Basically everything.

Sauces - I always request cilantro ranch on the side, and the big size too.

Overall I really miss cafe Rio from arden, they closed down and to find out this spot is the same style and recipe. So of course I had to come try and fell in love. The place is clean and well lit, no gloomy feeling here. The staff are really helpful with your order and they don't rush you like other places do. The price is also affordable! The food is made fresh and you get to pick and choose what to put on your order.

You have the option of dining in, or taking your order to go. This is the first time that my family and I have gone to this place, and I think it won't be the last time we'll be going here. Great tasting, fresh food at a price that's affordable! Now who wouldn't want that...?

This place was a nice switch up from chipotle. The staff was so friendly and helped guide my choice as she knew it was my first time. Wish there was one in Elk Grove, I would definitely come back!

The food is always so fresh! I have been coming here for years, and it's always delicious and always fresh. This is the first time I have been to the Rancho location and it did not disappoint. The place is so clean and has great vibes. Now for the service, Cassandra was INCREDIBLE! We decided to use them for our catering service for our rehearsal dinner and she made the experience so smooth and so fun.
Thank you Cassandra, we will definitely be back!
