I love this place! Helen and Michelle are amazing :)
This is my first time coming to their shop and I am super happy with with their outstanding customer service.

I am super careful, detailed, and mind I say P I C K Y! Well so are they! I am so grateful. I didn't have an appointment but I called and from the beginning Michelle was so pleasant on the phone. Her mom, Helen, did my nails just perfect and I really took my time explaining how I wanted my nails and she did them exactly as I asked.

I am impressed. I am hardly ever pleased. I found my new home! Thank you ladies and Happy New Year

Wow! I came here not knowing what to expect due to the mixed reviews, and left super impressed! I got a quality mani-pedi and experienced excellent customer service. The setting is clean and bright, and prices are quite reasonable.

Wendy did my pedicure, and Fong did my manicure. Both were skilled, attentive, polite, and friendly. They worked in parallel, so it was efficient. Both did a good job shaping and painting my nails. The mini-massages that was included in the spa mani-pedi were pleasant. I really appreciated how professional they were when asking for payment before applying my nail polish - "Do you mind if we take care of payment before I apply your color?" I was asked, way better than other ways most places like this often put it!

Another lady - seemingly the manager - was very warm and welcoming. She offered me a glass of water, and later helped me on my way out.

The location on Cortland is convenient, and the setting is clean and pleasant. The massage chairs are a nice touch.

The $30 spa mani-pedi is a good price.

I really loved this space and will definitely be back!

Very disappointed with this place!
I have been a client for very long time and today realises why I had sttopped coming...
Everytime you walk in they keep asking you to get others things done and if you say no, they'll make comments to eachother in their language!
After getting a horrible pedicure, where each nail had a different shape, one toe bleeding, no color, they charged me $22 and expected to receive a good tip and if you do not tip them "enough" they'll make more comments in their language and that is RUDE and unprofessional!!

I've spent a lot of money here but today was the last time!

One word for this place - ahhhmazingggg. I wanted to get my nails done after a few years so had to make sure m, I visit someone who is super reliable and delivers a great outcome. And I couldn't be happier. These women are so amazing, respectful and cheerful. They made sure that they listened to what i wanted and didn't try to oversell stuff (I know!) They spent a good amount of time on my hands and feet and I the results were excellent. I know where I'll be heading to for my nails

This place is the best! The nicest ladies - very friendly and highly skilled, comfortable and clean setting. Been coming here for years. Highly recommend it!

I have been going to them since Helen opened here in the
Bernal Heights...Its great walking distance from home. Vietnamese hard working ladies but you get used to the personalities. Some don't speak English and please have patience...makes things go smoother. If go to Cortland Nail across from Church, ask for young Uyen, she has great artistic idea's for designs for your nails. Another Lady does great Sets too...Prices are not bad...Oh Yeah this is not Nordstrom Spa....come out comfortable!!

Jennifer did the most amazing job on my nails. Can't wait to go back!!! I've been going to the same nail tech for YEARS and I'm never going back to her. This is my new favorite hot spot. Highly recommend this place.

The bad reviews here are totally unfair. This is definitely one of the better nail services I've received. The gel manicure was really well done, and the girl actually helped choose a better glitter polish when the one I chose wasn't glittery enough. She was fast and offered a short shoulder massage as well for just a few dollars more. Her massage was top notch! I will definitely be back.

I have lived near this place for six years and I only go when I'm really hard up. They ALWAYS lie about when the nail tech will come so you waste tons of time just sitting around. Even if you give them a time limit they will screw you and you have to leave without your nails finished. Only go if you have two hours to burn. Seriously even if they have enough techs they just move them around and half finish your nails. Not worth the wait ever.
