Our 5,200 square-foot facility provides plenty of space for a hardCORE workout with knowledgeable and dedicated instructors in an energetic and fun environment. And get ready - we add a twist to the hardCORE workout - we make it fun! We customize challenging workouts each week and blend them with music and energy to create a unique fitness experience. I've been here 3 times and have gotten a killer workout each time I've come. Their typical class has 3 stations with groups of 3-5 rotating between each station. The first station is a TRX station, the second is a dumbbell station, and lastly is a body weight exercise station with rowers and treadmill work mixed in between. You get your exercises demoed to you at the beginning and then you can work at your own pace. I've been super out of shape but everybody is just doing their own thing and everyone is supportive. JoJo, the main instructor there, is a great motivator and helps you out if he notices your form isn't quite right. If you're looking for a fitness class that will give you a great full body workout, I definitely recommend CORE!

I really love CORE! I started going here via ClassPass and have taken perhaps a total of 10 classes. My first class here was a circuit class, which was a LOT of stations and very intense. I was not sure how the others around me weren't dying like I was!
What I really loved about CORE was that each workout was challenging enough to guarantee me a post-workout soreness. They were all varied, intense, and you had a lot of heavy weights to choose from. This is important because it prevents you from ever getting too comfortable.

I've been a member since 2014 - I took a yearish off due to medical and family reasons (TMI). Core offers an amazing vibe, classes are fun but challenging and the gym is consistently giving back to the community. Oh and the trainers - I can't rave enough about the trainers! Core offers a "starter" package of sorts - this allows newbies to try the classes without having to commit - commit. So what are you waiting for? Sign up and start getting your a** handed to you!

My wife and I have been going to CORE for a few months to receive personal training from Sandra. We go twice a week for classes and from day one we have felt comfortable at the gym and have loved the varied and intense workouts Sandra has put together for us. The gym is clean, has a relaxed ambiance, and has a knowledgeable staff that know how to make changes in your appearance. We told Sandra what we wanted our end results from our workout to look like and we are headed in the right direction. Thanks Sandra and CORE.

I went here for the first time on Memorial Day for a 90 minute HIIT/Yoga class and LOVED it. I will say there are A LOT of people in class (not sure if that was because the schedule was limited due to the holiday), but JoJo is an incredible instructor. Playlist was hype and very motivating and the workout was tough, but so fun. My other classmates were so encouraging and helped me learn the new exercises. I already look forward to going back!

This place leaves me drenched in sweat and so sore for the next couple of days! I've been here on Classpass two or three times, and each time it was such a great workout. I can't remember the class names, but they are typically a mix of strength and cardio stations where you alternate exercises every minute or certain number of reps. Class sizes range (I had one where it was just 3 of us as well as another with like 15-20ish). The instructors are all nice, encouraging, and v. knowledgeable. All in all, a great place!!

CORE offers amazing classes and their instructors are motivating and friendly. Classes are structured so people at different fitness levels can be in the same class and improve.

Love the classes here and the instructors! Jill is a great instructor, very good at doing modifications based on your needs and you get an awesome workout!

CORE is my very first experience with a personal trainer and I couldn't have asked for better with Katherine. She listens to me, pushes me, and I've never felt better.
The studio itself is full of "torture devices", but I always look forward to coming back. Each session is different from the last, and I've found new and exciting ways to get in shape. HIGHLY recommend for first-timers!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
