We have been patrons at Copeland Jewelry for years. So sad to see that the store is closing. All the best to Clay in his retirement.

Called them about a repair on my mom's necklace, they said no problem. Took the necklace in and they were snotty and said they didn't have time to work on the necklace.

Oh. My. Goodness!
First of all, the service was wonderful from the very beginning. You walk in the door and people welcome you warmly. I needed my engagement ring sized way, way down, and the whole process was explained to me (from the cleaning to the re-plating to the cleaning again). Pricing and timing were also clearly stated.
Pricing seemed very fair (though I'm not working with any standard of comparison-- it was way less than I expected it to be):
As for timing, I was quoted a week but told not to be surprised if I got a call on Monday or Tuesday (the ring was dropped off on Friday). What DID surprise me was getting a call Saturday morning to let me know the work was done and the ring was ready to be picked up.
Y'all, I can't even tell there was work done to it except that it finally fits! There is nothing that visibly indicates this isn't exactly how my ring was from the very beginning.

I'm ashamed to say in my excitement I forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was wonderful (and even greeted me by name when I came back in to get the ring).
I simply cannot rave enough about the service and quality of work here. I'll be coming back for all of my jewelry-related needs.

Great selection and above all super friendly and helpful staff. I don't buy jewelry on my own often so the staffs help on two recent purchases was a huge help.

Clay Copeland and his crew are awesome. I've been doing business with them going on 10 years now. Always super helpful, very patient with questions, very creative, and truly care about their customers. And, they're always wiling to clean your jewelry or re-size a watchband. You feel like you're part of the family, not just a customer walking through the door. They have a very diverse selection of jewelry, top dollar to very affordable pieces. I continue to be impressed with them. They are always so sweet and accommodating - I dont live in Texas these days, but I go there for all my jewelry repairs when Im visiting my family in Austin. They work with me to get the repairs done before I have to leave town. Their repairs/resizes are always done with high-quality workmanship.

When I got engaged to my husband I received my grandmother's engagement ring which is so special to me. Unfortunately, my grandma fell and chipped the diamond and cracked the setting. I researched every jeweler in austin to find someone to repair it. I went to 7 jewelry stores and talked with them about what to do with the ring (because the diamond was chipped, I would have had to have a significant amount of the diamond removed to fix the chip and make it even with the rest of the diamond). Copeland was the 8th jewelry store I visited. We talked a lot about my grandma's ring and for the sake of preserving it, we decided to fix the setting but not the diamond. And I'm so glad we decided not to fix the diamond. It would have looked completely different. Copeland will forever be my go to for repairing my jewelry. I trust them and their opinion!!

I had the wristband of my watch resized here. These folks are friendly, honest, professional and reasonably priced. As a plus, they also love dogs. I'm so glad they're in my neighborhood!

Clay Copeland and his staff offer fabulous customer service. He did some appraisals for our family and was fast, professional, and very helpful. He also repaired some jewelry for me and I have referred his store to several friends. I am going to continue to use Copeland Jewelers as "my" jewelry store! Thank you.
