Cool Mist Hookah Lounge

Came here with some friends after drinks at The Daquiri Shoppe. Shaz was cool and got us set up with a good mix of Sex on the Beach and Tigers Blood.

This is a nice place to chill with your friends and kick back after a long week.

When we first walked in it's like a tattoo or biker hang out place but once we started it is one of the coolest place you can ask for.

Atmosphere: (5/5)
* Dim light and not blasting loud music is very cool and really fit the theme even it is a small place but the couch is comfortable gold star!

Hookah: (5/5)
* Very satisfying stuff the flavor the house mix is tasty and relaxing the price is very good too.

* Hassan is the man! One of the best service person that you will ever encounter, he is very helpful, nice, kind, and amazingly humble, couldn't ask for any better staff than him.

* The place is very clean, bathroom is okay.

For a Friday night, I was expecting something chill, but the DJ set it off!!! The vibe was nice and the people were having a blast! Only complaint was the slowness of the hookah attendant, but he was still friendly. I have to reiterate, the DJ was lit!!! Good playlist.

As a first timer to this place, I was excited to see a hookah lounge in Carrollton. Visited Friday evening and saw they had a happy hour special till 8pm (save $5 on hookah). We were immediately seated by Taylor who was a doll and took care of us. There was another person also helping (I believe his name was Shaz?). The hookah flavor tasted great! We saw they had food and decided on wings and humus. Shaz mentioned they were out of wings so we got chicken tenders w/fries instead. The hummus was good except the pita came out so hot that they quickly turned to stone and not edible. The tender basket was perfect. Great seasoning on fries. Tenders cooked well. Sodas for mixers (BYOB). We enjoyed our time. As we left to check out, we asked the price of the hookah. It wasn't rang up at the HH price. We asked why and (Shaz-name on receipt) he mentioned that it was now after 10pm. We were confused as we came in and ordered around 7:20pm. He said the HH did not work the way we thought and that we would need to close the tab during the HH window (8:10pm latest). It didn't make sense to us so we asked a few questions in hopes he would see how ridiculous it sounded. We said screw it, not worth arguing. We then asked if we can use the coupon on Yelp (5% off). He had a hard time entering that as he forgot the process. He mentioned its only small incentive which he was right, we saved a whopping 0.85 cents. I really contemplated having my bday here (20+), but decided not to. Shout out to Taylor though for awesome service. So on top of the included 18% gratuity, we left another 15%. Would have earned 5 stars but left with a bad taste. Bathroom was clean tho.

Found this hookah place on yelp and saw good reviews. I was expecting a good time. I was wrong.

I am deaf and Comedy Central was on, Chris Rock was doing stand up comedy. Wanted to know what he was saying, asked them to turn on closed captioning. First person we asked said the remotes weren't working even though we saw him use it earlier to change a channel. We asked another person she turned it on right away.

They were too slow to turn the coals as well.
I had to use a toothpick to turn the coal over.

I also noticed they were mingling with one specific table the whole night, not focusing on my table or other tables as well.

Few groups left, the workers took their hookahs to the group they were mingling with.

Very disappointed. Was expecting a good time, will not come here again. If you expect a good service, look elsewhere.

There is a lazy heifer named Asia at the front who does not answer the phone , and has an attitude when you walk in . She looked at me and my friend like we were lost and asked us what we needed . We were like .... we are here for hookah, she told us she was full and went back to what she was doing . We went to the car and a big crowd came out , I tried to call to see if they were still at capacity, phone rang for like 3 minutes straight before someone picked up and hung up. I called back .... after several rings she finally answered. If she doesn't like people maybe she could do some other job in the back

The only place I could find on a Sunday that was available to my friend and I. We got there and were the only two there while enjoying such great music selection and the Hookah flavor was amazing. Our waiter was so nice and full of life.

There was only one issue I thought could be corrected which is possibly spraying the place down to get rid of mosquitoes because they ate my body up!

Real laid back chill spot to be at. BYOB, so I'm good with that. I will be making this one of my main spots to be at once a month. Positive vibes.

Very disappointed...not chill at all had hard rap banging out the door....I just wanted a cool chill atmosphere with the ambiance that goes with it. Don't get me wrong, nothings wrong with rap...I just don't put rap and hookah together for a chill none dancing night.

I was looking for a place to host my husband's 35th birthday & a friend recommended this hidden gem. I reached out via Facebook and a young lady named Taylor replied. She explained all the options I had as far as hosting a party. The owner also reached out to me, he was very nice as well. When party day arrived, we arrived early to set up and was greeted by a young guy(can't remember his name) he was very friendly and accommodating l. We were a party over 30 and the whole staff especially Taylor handled the group very well. Everyone needs were being met in a timely manner. The DJ was off the chain and played the songs that were requested among guest. The food was also good. I had wings and were very tasty. Would defiantly visit this place again.
