I was extremely satisfied with Connor Air's installation of my new air conditioning system. My condo is over 30 years-old (as was the original HVAC unit) and always presents problems due to its awkward 80s construction. Connor took on those challenges and delivered a first-rate job at a very reasonable price. Their follow up attention was also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Salesman Jarred was very thorough checking our existing old system and gave us recommendations I had not previously heard from other companies. Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other bids. I feel his knowledge of the different manufacturers exceeded others. Installation went very smoothly and the installers were friendly, neat and efficient. I highly recommend this family owned company. Everything I researched said the most important aspect is proper installation and I'm happy with Connor. City permit approval was very easy with their instructions, additionally the inspector said they did a fine job of installation.

Call to schedule the service. Unfortunately, the lady answering the phone and scheduling the service was unfriendly and rude.....far below the professional level. I called another company instead.

After getting 4 estimates for a new compressor and handler we decided to use Connor. They provided other makes/models options and they helped us to make an informed decision. The removal of our old unit and the installation of the new unit went smoothly and professionally in a few hours. The inspection by the city was just a quick visit by the inspector with only a few questions since he already had the documents from Connor. Each time I contacted Connor's staff they were very helpful and I would recommend their services to anyone.

After purchasing a home, I knew I had to replace the existing, 50+ y/o dinosaur HVAC unit. The operational and maintenance costs keeping the unit around would have left a giant hole in my wallet year after year. I was debating whether to go with a central air or a mini-split system. After much research, I decided to with the latter.

After reading countless reviews on various online sources, I selected three highly rated HVAC companies and requested quotes from them. I decided to go with Connor Air, a LOCAL family owned business, and not because they were the cheapest, but because the estimator, the owner son Jarred Connor, really made it easy for me to make an informed decision. He answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns.

The scheduling was painless. The start date was as promised. The install crew Cody, Tim, and Ramone were all very professional and courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing. They did not leave behind a mess, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day during a 5-day install job. Being it's winter (yes, in SoCal), I was concerned living in the new house w/o heating, the guys finished the job on time and the system is working as expected. I had to schedule the county inspection myself, but it was painless, and it passed with flying colors.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Connor Air and would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues.

Conner Air did an amazing job from start to finish for our garage conversion. From the consultation on options to permitting to installation and inspection, they handled everything professionally. The team is super courteous and helpful. The job came in on budget and on time. Site was cleaned up perfectly. They even followed up to ensure we were happy with the work. So glad I went with them instead of the (unlicensed) alternatives my neighbors recommended. Worth every penny and then some. Very happy customer!

I can not say enough good things about Connor Air! Mary the receptionist was very pleasant, easy to talk to and very patient with me.
The team was professional, courteous and also very patient when I asked all my questions regarding the work to be done. They always showed up on time, worked really hard every day and always left the site area clean when leaving for the evening. My house is 60 years old and the unit is under the house so there were many challenges but they over came them all. The job was completed on time and my heat and air work better than ever! We had just purchased a house, new homeowner here. Contracted Connor Air to perform a pretty large job, ~ $10,000. 2 unit. Replaced upstairs unit, kept ductwork (good per Connor Air). Kept downstairs unit, replaced all ductwork as it was damaged by rodents.
Initially, we had some issues with wide temperature ranges between the rooms. Some time had past so I left a review on Yelp and was immediately contacted by Jarred.

We had a long conversation and we both expressed we could've worked better on the problem, especially on my end to contact him sooner. He was very graceful and more than generous/helpful in assisting us to diagnose and correct the problem even though we were almost 2 years out from the original install. I am very pleased with the result.

The team at Connor Air installed a minisplit unit in my house. I received several quotes before pulling the trigger with Connor. They were not the cheapest but definitely the most professional and responsive by far. Once the installation date was set, the team that came out was top notch, and the work was very high quality and clean. I had a challenging install but the team just made it work with no complaints and the the result was great.

I have referred several friends and will continue to do so.

I cannot recommend this Connor Air enough! They were amazing. They sent someone out for a consultation and they answered all of our questions. The next day they provided us a quote with four different HVAC unit/ installation options that ranged in price so we could pick what worked best for us. ONce the unit was ordered it took a couple of weeks to arrive. The office staff was kind and easy to work with when scheduling. Installation involved a crane for our two-story unit and it was all organized by Connor Air. The next day we had them come back to change out 30-year-old duct work. They laid down tarps throughout the house and were on time and prepared. They completed everything quickly and efficiently. They mailed a packet shortly after that with easy-to-follow instructions for getting the county inspection completed. When you are spending this much money on such a huge purchase, you want to be confident in the company and we were so impressed by their professionalism and friendliness.
