Work in a bedrock building and looking to join one of the best gyms around? Doubting if this gym has everything you need? Let's do a quick checklist...

Gym with plenty of cardio options... check.
Plenty of sq feet to spread out and work.. check
Don't feel like running on a machine, and want to run on a 1/8 of a mile track... check
Want free classes (cycling, hiit, yoga)... check
Prefer the free weights for weight lifting... you got it
Full basketball court to join in on pick up basketball, volleyball, or floor hockey... check
Want to relax in a sauna... come on in

Bonus.... depending on your status they will validate parking at the adjoining parking structure.

If you work in or near the Compuware building, this is a pretty great option for a gym. The price is more expensive than you would normally pay for a chain gym, but It was worth it to me.

The gym itself has all the cardio and weight machines you would expect from a larger chain gym, an indoor walking/running track, and two larger indoor basketball courts. The machines are always pretty clean and I found the people to be more courteous here than say a planet fitness; possibly because they know they all work together.

Another option for this gym is that they have a lower cost membership that grants access to the walking/running track and the showers/locker room. This is nice if you love near downtown and want to run to work or if you are a bike commuter.

I believe they still do classes or the guy behind the desk will show you how to use the machines and set up a basic workout plan with you. Overall, this place is pretty nice and has a good vibe; if you're looking for a place to workout downtown, try this out.
