We use 7 different Macs at my company. Over the years hard drives go bad. The Apple Store always wants to sell me an upgrade... ComputerXpress replaced my dead hard drive with an SSD for a very reasonable price. On another occasion, when the computer couldn't be fixed, they helped me swap it out for a comparable machine for the same price as the repair. These. Guys. Are. The. Real. Deal.

Great overall place with a fast turn around for repairs.

I went in to get my computer rebuilt and they were super helpful and understanding. They took all the parts I brought them and put it together within the next 24 hours for a good price.

The place is good sized and much more communal and friendly then a typical big name store.

The workers are very knowledgeable about their craft and don't mind explaining parts to you that you might not understand/know.

I highly recommend Computer XPress and they are definitely worth the drive out to Lakeland

Unlike the other computer repair places I have seen in the Pasco and Hillsborough vicinity, ComputerXpress is different. They have a much larger physical facility with several employees and do repairs on site and very quickly. In my last visit;, turn around was 1 day even though they had to order parts.

In addition they have a very large show room of refurbished computers for sale and also will custom build laptops and desktop computers to order. What made the main difference to me was how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. This was a very different experience than I had at the one time I went to Best Buy for a repair or other local Brandon places that had to ship the computers to another facility.

Highly recommended and worth the drive even if you don't happen to live in Lakeland.

Steve did a great job with my laptop. The software problem was solved in an afternoon. He installed malware protection and ordered a part for a broken usb port. The part was there in a few days, and he repaired it right at the counter. Steve also gave great advice to solve internet issues at home.
The service was worth every single penny. My four year old lap top is back to being the blazing fast reliable one I remember and love. Thanks Steve.

I was shopping around for a store that I could trust to build my new computer from the parts I bought. My background is in IT. It wasn't easy to find competence and trust until I found these guys.

They clearly know their stuff from many years of experience. It was readily obvious. This is what I've been searching for. Finally!!! They are a pleasure to work with.

The new computer is amazing and the cabling is barely visible, well tucked away. It's a 30-40 minute drive for me but that's nothing for the chance to tap into such professionalism. Simply awesome!!

These folks are real professionals. I needed a repair for my HP laptop and brought it to them on Tues afternoon and got it back Wed near lunch. They replaced my hard drive very reasonably. Their store is loaded with computers and various other electronics. They had quite a few people when I picked up and everyone was getting taken very well. I will use them again if needed. I just moved to Mulberry,Fl. and my monitor decided not to work, after asking relatives about someplace to get the computer fixed I took it to ComputerXpress. They were very nice on the phone. Took it in and was very pleasantly surprised when they called and said it was done and nothing major was wrong with it. Only charged to check out the computer, which was very nominal. These are some really honest guys, and very reasonable, and fast! I They have made a customer for life! Being new in the area I was really happy to find somewhere to take my computer that I can trust. Good going guys, and you will definitely see me in the future. Would recommend them to everyone that needs computer work done fast and reasonably .
