Community Bark Dog Wash & Groom

We haven't used their services yet, but 100% will be!
Today we picked up a foster through Wisconsin Adopt a Golden Retriever. She is very matted and smells pretty terrible. She is the sweetest though!

We took her to Community Bark Dog Wash where we were greeted by the nicest front desk associate. She took to our Hannah immediately and saw the intense matting that she had. She got a colleague who also came-out and was awesome.

They explained that we shouldn't bath her because the matts would get tighter and worse to deal with and explained they'd reccomend us finding a groomer we could get her into right away. They were busy and currently not taking big dogs.

We found a place to get her into today and will certainly be bringing her and our other two dogs here in the future.

Snowflake is so happy and sparkling clean. He gives it two paws up... I generally wash him at home but was driving by and the space is so much easier to use than the tub for a big dog. Shampoo got him so bright!

What a dissapointment with a groomer named Stephanie's harsh non customer friendly attitude at the Bayside location. Business is built on good relationships. First impressions are important for repeat business.

We were caught up in bad traffic due to a bad accident on the way to the place. We called letting them know what happened. The person I spoke with was friendly and said they would let the groomer know. We walked in 4 minutes after their "cut off" time

I understand there are guidelines and rules in a business. However, when we called the specific "cut off" parameter was not relayed to us. The 2 other employees I spoke to were nice but did not offer to reschedule us and let us walk out without a new appt. Ultimately Stephanie the groomer is the one who made the decision to turn us away for my dog's 1st grooming experience here.

It's unfortunate because we were so excited to come here. When you think about it would you feel fully comfortable with someone with such a stringent inflexible attitude to work on your dog? I don't think so

I loved this place, but have found post COVID customer service to be down right rude. There's a girl with short blondish hair who was stressed out with another dog that was just dropped off (the dog wasn't being hyper or anything), and I came out of my car with my dog to also drop him off. She looked at me and said "can you just wait a second?" And then she mumbled something else as she was going back inside. I could tell it was a rude comment, but didn't quite hear it clearly. I said, "Pardon?" She said "can you just get back in your car?" It was my appt time, I called as instructed from my car to let them know I was there, and was told a girl would be right out. How was I to know this girl wasn't the one I was waiting for? When my groomer came out a minute later, I told them how rude she was. My groomer ignored my connect and just started asking about my dog. It makes me think this place is overwhelmed and doesn't have enough groomers? When I picked up my dog, her looked great, but kept kicking his left front paw. Turns out they cut his paw pad when trimming his hair between his paw pads. I would've been fine had they told me, but it disappoints me that they didn't. Did they think I wouldn't notice? This place used too do great work, but due to their poor customer service I won't be coming back. Finding good groomers here is really difficult. I really miss my groomer in chicago.

Came barely 10 minutes late to an appointment because I was caught up in traffic and they wouldn't take me. Each appointment takes 2 hours so is the lady just going to sit there for 2 hours with nothing to do? I understand that it was my fault for being late but this is ridiculous. I've been coming here for 2 years and I'm never going back.

The entire staff is always very friendly. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, whether you're coming in to get your dog washed or groomed, or just for a cup of coffee. They serve Alterra coffee, so the quality of their brew is the best in the area.

Wonderful place -- we recently made the switch for dog grooming, and I stop in regularly for coffee.

Our groomer really loves our dog and our family. Community Bark does a great job every time.

The staff was fabulous with our two labs. Our older lab is not found of the bath and gets scared. The staff handled her well and made her fell comfortable! Being labs, our dogs don't need grooming much, but when they do we will surely be back!

I've been here twice so far and have had great experiences. The first time my dog was groomed and it turned out great. The second I came in for an emergency bath after my dog rolled in liquid geese poop on our morning walk. The staff was super helpful and gave me suggestions on which products would be best to remove the stain on his white fur, and more importantly, the SMELL. I was super impressed and I love the smell of the blueberry products. We will definitely be back for our future bathing and grooming needs!

Professional, friendly, and most of all they take great care and are very affectionate to my dog Hazel. She looked beautiful after her grooming!
