An amazing trainer - Brooke and a great facility!
After comparing other gyms, we followed our trainer and it is easy to see why she is there! The enthusiasm is palpable and the professionalism abounds.

My training program was exactly what I needed for my goals to lose weight & lose inches. I had hit a plateau with my own workout program. James, my trainer, was extremely knowledgeable & experienced. He worked with my physical limitations & geared a program that gave me results. I have never experienced this at any other gyms. I have learned so much! James knew exactly how to train me & knew exactly how hard to push me. He took into account my fitness level, likes & dislikes in exercises & even let me pick my workout music!! I have been recommending Combine Fitness & James to everyone I know!!! I cannot say enough about James & his expertise in training & diet. This is exactly what I needed. If you are serious about changing, James is the trainer for you. There is no hand-holding here only hard work. But, that is what gets results. I appreciated James' honesty & also his concern for my success. Thank you so much for accepting me as a client!!! Everyone at the gym treated me with the utmost respect. I had a wonderful experience.

Found this place by accident. When I first walked in it looked almost the same as going to a CrossFit Gym. But having taken a few classes there it's something very different. Combine Fitness, for the most part trains you using different body movement and the power of your own weight to work your body out. They have several different types of classes or workouts, which train you differently. One training method is using ropes, and a big Tire, and maybe a sledge hammer. This work out will affect your core and have your heart rate elevated enough to get a good sweat. This gym like most other modern gym has their own app on the iPhone App Store and you could register for whichever class you want and just show up. You can also sign for the gym using the app. Another amazing thing for this gym that I really love is that they have a doctor and massage therapist on-site. You couldn't get any better than that. Easy on of their classes is run by a professional which pushes you, but not forces you to do anything that you aren't capable (as of yet) to do. So all levels are welcome.
