You'll find a wonderful section of new and pre-owned Jaguars and Land Rovers at very, very fair prices. Wonderful Service Department, too, with extremely experienced team of factory-trained technicians.

My Range Rover sports got old. I then decided to shop for a newer one. I tried Benz and BMW, did not like it. I decided to get a lease return Range Rover Sport. Preferably Hybrid, but I know hard to find.
I then went to Cole European. I bought a Jaguar XF and Range Rover Sport from them before. Met with Lucas. What a nice gentleman. Listened to my wife and me, understood what was important for us. Showed some cars like what we wanted. Gave us a test drive. Explained the cars in such a detail that I have not experienced before. He answered our questions patiently. As he did not have the car we needed, he said he will call when one comes.
Few weeks later he called for a very nice Range Rover Sports Hybrid we wanted!!!
I went immediately, he showed and explained the car. I drove it. Then bought it. He explained the car over an hour and a half! Set the car, and the iPhone app. I felt so good and comfortable when I drove it home.
He then called to make sure we understood the car, app, etc.

I had another really pleasant buying experience at Cole European. The most recent was my 3rd Land Rover purchase; this time a Range Rover Sport. Sales Associate, Gillian Penitenti, exceeded my expectations in every way. After our initial meeting, she was professionally persistent checking in with me about her progress to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for.
Gillian was a great listener, a fair negotiator, and well-versed on all things Land Rover Range Rover. She understands that providing her usual premium service is everything to a buyer! While my interaction with Gillian was on a professional level, I suspect that she's solid in all areas of her life... exactly the kind of person I want to do business with. I honestly hate to leave this review but have no choice after no response from the general manager and sales manager of Cole European after I reached out last week. Would have much rather handled this via a phone call for a repeat customer. My wife and I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Range Rover from Cole European. Unfortunately from day 1 the vehicle has had safety issues and after not having the Rover for more than 3 weeks it's been in the service department almost a week. A check engine service light came on and the rear passengers doors have trapped our kids in the back and won't unlock no matter what we do. The service department is currently trying to figure out the issue and has ordered some parts but after spending more than $150K on a brand new vehicle I would strongly advise you to look into other options. We like the new look body style and drive ability of the Rover but our experience post purchase and with the service department has been horrible. I think as consumers we have choices and I would encourage anyone interested to really look into the issues and ask Range Rover how they plan to address them so you don't end up in the same situation as us. If we could do it again we wouldn't have purchased another vehicle from Cole European.

I'm done with Cole European. Have had my Land Rover serviced there a number of time. The last time I took it they claimed my Turbo went out, and even though I was only 2,500 out of warranty, they charged $8k to replace it.
3 weeks later the check engine light and restricted mode came back on. I took back to Cole and claimed that this time it's the throttle casing and another $2k.
Not trusting them, I got the car and it to an independent service shop. They tore the car apart and took videos of everything. Turns out that Cole European had screwed up the turbo replacement and the shop had to take everything apart, clean everything up, and reinstall.
They told me this happens a lot. Cole hires Junior mechanics who don't know what they are doing and screw the most basic repairs.

Embarrassingly poor customer service. There is absolutely no integrity in how they work, whether it's one of their sales people (Jeff) or their manager (Mark), the result is the same because they don't actually care about earning your business or keeping you as a customer. Worth going to any other dealership in the state over going to these clowns.

BEWARE - WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! If you want good customer service, do not give this place your time or money. My family lives in Sacramento and called and spoke to Jeff to confirm a vehicle we were interested in was still available and not under contract. He assured me it was available and I told him we were on our way. He told me all the great things about the vehicle also. We drive nearly 2 hours with traffic. When we arrived and asked for Jeff, he hid in the back as another guy walked up to tell us they sold that vehicle. Jeff lied and had us waste our time and gas knowing that car wasn't available. I want to warn others to not trust anything out of these guys' mouths, especially if coming from out of town.

Service advisor Michael was courteous and honest about repairs needed, even after original issue exposed other expensive repairs to be made.

Gillian Penitente at Cole European was our specialist. We inquired over the phone and in just a few seconds she sent us photos of a Land Rover Defender 110-X . In a few hours we purchased it from her at Cole's European. Gillian knew her vehicles. She knew every detail of the beast. Gillian explained everything so clearly. She was confident, professional, friendly and you can tell she enjoys her job and she loved talking about what their dealership has to offer. We highly recommend Gillian.
