Cloud 9 Yogurt House

You'll be on Cloud 9 for real once you step into this adorable froyo shop in San Diego! I stopped in two times now, as it's located right next door to my hair salon. Easy to find in a little strip mall right off the 15 fwy in the Clairemont area.

My first visit a few weeks ago was pleasant. Becky and Jorge helped me out and they are super friendly. I had a chamango smoothie and that thing was delish!! Becky even cut up a fresh mango for me and threw the nice chunks into it. I also had her put in a few gummy bears.
On my second visit I ordered an extra small size of their New York Cheesecake froyo with a little bit of gummy bears on top. It wasn't the best tasting that I've had, but it hit the spot.

This shop is super clean and cute inside. They have a good selection on their menu which includes acai bowls, smoothies, shakes, floats and froyo. Prices are average and there is free parking right outside. Since I found out about this place, I'll be coming by on the regular whenever I get my hair done. Highly recommend it!

I've been to this place twice and they have not disappointed. Firstly the staff always greet you, super friendly and they offer you to sample any of their yogurt. The last time I had a sample of the cappuccino that was quite well and not overpowering. I'll have to come back when I'm in the mood for that.

I have tried the peanut butter milkshake with the vanilla custard and also a Cap'n Crunch vanilla custard with some peanut butter in it. The theme for me is peanut butter. I have to say that their yogurt is so delicious. Both of my shakes never separated from the ingredients that were mixed in and it held that smooth silky texture even after an hour or so of ordering it. I love being at work sipping on something cool and refreshing and having it last so that I don't have to consume it instantly.

I like the fact that they have this reward system on the back of their business card where if you purchase 10 or more you get one free. They make it super convenient for people like me who forget the card and the even file it for you under your first and last name. So old school technique but I like how personable that is. They get to know me and I get to know them.

The last time I was here it was super cute as a father and his two children ordered their kid size yogurt cups with sprinkles. There was a tiny little table that both of the children sat and had their dessert and the father was near them. It's a nice setting where kids from the local daycare walk a few feet and enjoy a tasty treat.

I must say have patience when planning your trip here because if there's people ahead of you it can take some time as there's usually one person serving up the goodies then they have to take the blinder to the back and wash it. I only saw one blinder as they may need extra containers to blend in. That makes the wait for the shakes take some extra time. So if I'm a rush, how there's no line. Also I believe they have a Vita Mix blender because I have one and the consistency that it blends is like no other. Super effective machine. Nevertheless it doesn't take away from the quality ingredients and the super friendly staff.

Very clean establishment and I'll definitely be back.

This place is fantastic! I cant believe I didn't see it before but is all tucked in a corner so no wonder.

Anyways, parking is pretty big, customer service is good, there is a little game table inside and lots of unique yogurt flavors that change often. They have only one lactose free flavor but it changes by the day or the week. They also have your typical vanilla and chocolate flavors.

On my last visit, I had açaí bowl with coconut and mango. It was delicious! I recommend it.

Yum Yum Yum !! Lots of delicious options . All three of my boys were very happy with their frozen treat !

This place was super good. They give a very generous amount of frozen yogurt and toppings. I don't know why other reviews are talking about the poor health standards. They were very clean here and I even watched them wash their hands before and after doing anything with the frozen yogurt. Gloves were worn and everything. Customer service was superb and the interior is very fun and welcoming. The frozen yogurt was great too! If I lived near the area I would come back! I also love how the frozen yogurt is one set price and isn't priced by the weight. It's no additional cost for toppings either. Well done cloud 9 !

Craving satisfied! The flavor selections were simple and delicious! Love the simplicity of ordering as well- it's not weighed like normal yogurt places. You pick a size and your flavor and thats it! Way more efficient.

My faves are the vanilla custard and the CA tart. Both perfect on it's own. Topped with a friendly staff, it made the visit a great experience. Will definitely come back again!

Wow! This yogurt is SO GOOD.

My Kindergarten class won a froyo party for submitting the most box tops (woo woo!) so one of the parents brought in a couple different flavored froyos. I got to try one and was frozen by how good it was! I told the parent I had to know where it came from! She let me know that it was from Cloud 9. The froyo had a thick consistency, which I loved because it wasn't in puddles or melty by the time it got to us. They packaged it so nicely in little containers for each child to have and clean up was such a breeze.

But back to the taste, so good! I would be willing to make the trek out to this place for their froyo for sure.

Found this place on yelp since all the one's close to us in Mission Valley closed. The yogurt was very delicious, prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

Amazing. Absolutely love the flavors and variety plus the staff is great! Try the Dole Whip, it's my favorite!

Super cute Yogurt place. Lots of flavors, even Vegan options. Cute little tables for kids too. Employees are super nice and helpful.
