Cliffords

Whilst pregnant and feeling lazy I had a lunch or coffee here practically every day during the week.


Cliffords provide a good selection of sandwiches, paninis, salads, etc and I what I especially like is that they make them fresh so the salad is always crunchy, and they are very generous with their portion sizes, which was fabulous when I had the excuse of eating for 2!
They are very accommodating and flexible with their menu should you not like something and want to swap it with something else.


Their coffees are nice but nothing fancy, and they also provide a great selection of cakes both shop bought and home made. They can vary from being quiet during the morning to being very busy especially over the lunch hour but I have always managed to get served promptly.


The premises are clean and fresh, and there is a lovely family feel to the place. Not the most pushchair friendly cafe as they have a step to manoeuvre, and also they don't as yet provide highchairs but I have been assured they are purchasing some soon.
