Bill was great from start to finish of our project! We replaced 5 windows and installed a garden window in the kitchen. The windows are beautiful, and install was clean and efficient. Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Just finished the installation of my brand-new windows. Couldn't be happier. Not only Bill and the Crew were very professional but were also kind and respectful.
Dealing with Terri, the office manager, was a pleasure.
Overall my experience has been a very positive one, would recommend Clear Choice Windows hands down.

Bill was easy to work with from beginning to end. We replaced our double doors and had several others say that what wanted was not doable based on the dimensions being slightly off. Bill was confident he could replace the doors with the doors we wanted, having a Plan A and a Plan B. Turned out there was extra room after taking everything off and nothing special needed to be done. His communication was clear and he followed through with what he said he'd do. We Love our new doors! What a difference! So glad we made the jump and had Bill install them!

took forever to get my window installed then once payment was required he,( the owner)
(bill maneray) asked "for an xtra 100$ for a tip for his employee and the employee never received it.. the window started seperating and when i called bill he told me he was too hung over to fix it and sent the employee that didnt recieve his tip and this is when i notified
the employee that i left a 100$ tip
showed him my checkbook where i added the xtra money
and he told me he never got it...

Honest and reliable, completed our install quickly.
Once our window parts came in Bill was on-site within a few days and completed the work in an hour.
Work area clean, installation to our old slider was perfect. New window section for the dog door looked like it was part of the original door. Hard working company, with all the bad contractors I had to deal with I definitely recommend Clear Choice Windows. Don't hesitate, Make your appointment asap.

When the fires were here in December of 2017 I developed a severe breathing problem. After all the 5 doctors, medicines, the tests, filters in our home going for 24/7.
We decided to replace the 35 year old condo doors and windows. We started looking for referrals and found
Bill and Cathy who treated us like family, we immediately felt we could trust them to shoot straight with us and guide us to purchase what was needed.

Happily we can state that our instincts we were 100% CORRECT!! Bill is an amazing craftsman he was involved from the estimate to the very last minute when we thanked him and he walked out the door.

The next day I stepped outside to look at them.... just at the exact time the Gardner drove by our front door on his electric mower cutting the grass. I felt the cut grass immediately in my lungs effecting my breathing. I ran into the house and ahhhhhh I could breathe better!!

This is what we hoped for, making a secured indoor environment so when I go outside my lungs have a head start of not being compromised.

We had our kitchen window and sliding glass door installed. We got a quote we agreed to, and paid half down, other half to be paid at the completion of the job. (have this in writing) To our surprise, when the job was done we were charged $900 more than the 2nd half of our payment we were supposed to pay. Here we were, job completed and Bill asking for the 2nd payment standing in our living room. When we told him that this is not he amount we agreed and signed to, he referred us to the office. We talked to the office and they insisted that that's the price of the job, and when we showed her the paperwork and the amount we agreed to, she said to take it up with Bill. The girl in the office (I think Kelly) said she sent us an email with this higher amount; unfortunately we never got the email - had we gotten it we would have called instantly and correct the "error". The reason we chose them was because the other bids were higher, plus they had good reviews here. Now we were charged pretty much the same amount the others quoted us. After going back and forth, office, Bill, office, Bill, Bill, Office - it was obvious we were not getting anywhere. In the end they took off a little over $300 off the bill, but we still ended up paying $600 more than we agreed to. By law, and per the contract WE SIGNED, we were really not obligated to pay more than we originally agreed to. The first thing that comes to mind is that this is something they do to many people but since none of the other reviews mentioned a similar issue, we let it go. Obviously, someone made a mistake, but in the end we agreed to pay more, and they waved about 30% of the $900 they overcharged us. We're still petty upset about this, and were going to give a 1 star rating, however we wanted to be fair, and gave 3 stars because they did a really nice job. They came on time, did the work, cleaned up very nicely. Bill is great to work with. So we would recommend them for the work they did, but make sure you are completely clear with Bill and the office about what the final amount of the job will be and get it all in writing.

If you are looking for great customer service, well-crafted windows and awesome installation these guys are IT! They did an amazing job installing the windows in our family room. In fact, after they left we noticed some spotting on the windows, they came right back to fix it. Cathie in their front office is a doll she patiently answered all our questions and gave us a thorough breakdown of different brands and styles. Now the problem is we want to have all our windows replaced!! Thank you guys for the great service.

To experience an Honest - professional - Owner installer with good prices is a rarity.
Bill the owner with two helpers installed 7 windows and 2 sliding doors in 4 days. This job required cutting an opening through a wall to install one of the sliding glass doors and add electricity for lighting. The other large 12-foot slider went in with ease. Both doors look as if they have always been there. Windows were made smaller and some narrower. There was great attention paid to detail, craftsmanship and keeping my home clean during construction. I truly appreciated that.
From our first meeting through the final completion, Bill took the time to educate me. He thoroughly explained the different lines of windows/doors he carried and why. While measuring our windows and doors, he asked a number of questions to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and we did. - Our new doors and windows are spectacular -
I spent about 4 years visiting showrooms and big Box stores and having window companies come out before choosing to use Bill at Clear Choice Windows. It was worth the wait.
