two years ago was my first time of ever using this business for a pre move in cleaning and the cleaning professional left the job midway (which by the way she did a good job) till she was unable to finish the job due to family emergency. Several rescheduling after they returned my money because they couldn't find anyone to come out as all other professionals were busy. I thought the first experience was just a coincidence so I booked them again for a post construction cleaning. The cleaning lady came with another lady whom she left by herself for the first four hours which I later found out knows nothing about professional cleaning I doubt if she has ever clean a home by herself. she spent 3 hours in the bathroom that I clean every other day and did not wash the bathrooms floor. During the service I sent a message to the cleanzen office about what is happening. Then the original lady reappeared at 1pm with vacuum cleaner, she vacuum 3 bedrooms in 20 minutes and left without touching the basement. This cleaning professionals were mopping the only bathroom they mopped out of 3 without mopping bucket. they did the worst job I have seen any person done in my short 47 years here. The fact that I complained and sent them pictures and all they could say was that the professionals said it was too much they couldn't finish the job bought me on here to give my two cents. For your peace of mind don't do business with them except you have made acquaintances with few good ones they might have.

As per our policy, we are unable to provide a refund if a re-clean is declined, but in your case, we made an exception and offered a partial refund based on the areas you reported as being missed. Unfortunately, this offer was also declined. We are sorry that we are unable to provide the refund amount you requested. We hired Cleanzen to do a deep clean and they did an amazing job. Elizabeth's team showed up on time and thorough cleaned all requested areas plus more. I reached out to Cleanzen for a deep clean. It had been a while and my previous cleaning person wasn't reliable. Clarisse made the booking process very easy. Natalie arrived on the day of the appointment on time and did an amazing job. She was very thorough and great attention to detail. She got dust out of hard to reach places. Very happy with the service we received and will definitely reach out to them the next time we need cleaning.

This company is a joke. I had a service scheduled for 4pm on a moving day. I was contacted with less than 1 hr before the scheduled time that they would need to cancel my service. After a lot of back and fourth in regards to this inconvenience I was offered 10% off of me next service... why would they think for a moment that I would ever use them again? They placed a hold on my account for the amount of the service and informed me that it would be lifted due to the service not being completed, well no kidding, but the funds would not be available for 2-5 days. This seemed to be ridiculous to me and completely unacceptable. I am warning anyone who is considering using this company... please find someone else. They are beyond unreliable and their customer service is appalling.

We are sorry about the experience. We know how important keeping a schedule is and we do understand how you feel about today’s cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused.
The team assigned to you reached out less than an hour before the service to inform us that they won’t be able to do the service due to an unforeseen emergency. As much as we wanted to help you out, unfortunately, none of our other teams are available to do the service when we reached out to look for a replacement as they are booked this afternoon. We work with independent contractors and don’t have control over their schedule or work in any manner.
Regarding the hold on your card, we apologize for the confusion but we put our customers' cards on hold the day before the service just like other businesses to ensure that it would work on our system prior to the service being rendered. We assure you that this hold is not a charge and has been released after the service was canceled. The fund should be back in your account in 2 - 5 business days but could be earlier depending on your bank. This was also mentioned in the cancellation email we sent when we confirmed your appointment.
Once again, we can't say sorry enough for the inconvenience. We promise this isn't a typical experience, and we are hoping you could give us another chance to put our best foot forward in the future.

I recently secured CleanZen for their cleaning services of my small 600 sq ft. condo in Chicago while I was moving out. I had secured them the day before I had a showing for my condo for sale to perform a deep clean, floorboards, inside of cabinets, floor etc. The cleaner did not clean the floorboards, did not clean inside the cabinets, did not clean the sink, did not even clean the FLOOR! After making up a complete lie that they said my place wasn't moved out of yet, they then refused to refund my services. I had to clean the entire place myself before my showing the next day and was unable to reclaim my funds. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

We are sorry that the experience wasn’t as great as it could have been, we appreciate all of our customers' feedback and understand how you feel.
On the day of the service, the cleaner tried their best to clean the place and she’s insisting that she had a hard time doing the move-out service since it wasn’t completely empty. After receiving the pictures that you sent we decided to offer a partial refund which you declined as you were asking for the service to be refunded in full. As per our policy, we don’t offer a refund prior to a reclean being denied. We tried to make an exception for you and since it was declined we just decided to go ahead and offer the reclean but didn’t hear back from you after. We apologize if the service didn’t reach your expectations. We really wanted to make it up to you but we are afraid we can’t agree on a full refund as we also wanted to be fair with our team and pay them for the efforts they exerted during the service.
Again, we can't say sorry enough for the inconvenience. Rest assured this isn’t our usual. We hope you could still consider giving us a chance to provide a better experience in the future.
