Usually love this place for being able to take walk ins and doing good quality manicures, but so many of the manicurists were sick and coughing today. My manicurist coughed on me several times during my manicure, and another staff member said that she has the flu while we were there. No screens between the staff member and customer either. Yikes!! Super disappointed!

I want to preface with with the fact that 90% of the staff is wonderful and very lovely. They know what they're doing and do a fantastic job while providing a kind customer experience. It would be a five star review if it weren't for this employee.
The younger man who works as a technician was completely rude to my mother, who was getting a pedicure and nail polish change. The woman who did her pedicure was fantastic, however when she was switched to the young man for her nails, her experience shifted. He kept getting irritated with where she was placing her hands as he was doing them and was using a tone the entire time. He was extremely short with her and seemed annoyed throughout the whole polish change. Then, when my mom went to pay, she noticed a small chip in the polish on one nail. She politely pointed it out and he immediately said "well that's why you don't get regular polish. You should've gotten shellac," in a very smug manner.
I was blown away by this response. After he did not offer to fix the nail, she kindly asked if he could touch it up, he repeated again that it was her fault for getting regular polish rather than gel! First of all, if you think regular polish is so bad, then why do you offer it as one of your services???? Not everyone can afford gel every time. It should not be an excuse for it to chip before you even walk out the door. Not to mention that that is just poor customer service and not the way you should speak to a paying customer who is being nothing but kind.
Then, when it was actually time to pay, originally she said we would we paying together. However we quickly decided that it would be easier for tipping purposes since we had different technicians, to pay separately. My mom relayed this to him clearly, but he handed her the receipt and had put both of our services on her card. She explained that she had meant for him to please split out payments and instead of just correcting it immediately, he snidely said "well you never told me that so..." and sighed with a clearly annoyed expression.

I drive 45 min to go to this salon because I liked them so much but this was by far the worst manicure experience I've ever had. my fingers are all crusty and it looks like I've been wearing the Polish for a week and it's been 5 min. there are bubbles in the Polish and streaks. I also maid for a manicure and other than slapping some lotion on my hand quickly there was not an actual manicure performed. she used a tool to scrape off my old polish aggressively which kind of hurt. I'm not one to write a bad review but this was an awful experience. when I called to tell them they said I could come back and have it fixed but I live 45 min away.

I went to get my nails done with my friend not realizing it was homecoming season so it was abnormally busy. My nail artist was friendly and kind but my friend had a different experience. Her artist was rude during her whole service and just did what he wanted to do. He didn't ask her the shape she wanted and was really rough and tough on her nails. He was huffing and at one point played a game on his phone in the middle of the service. I just wanted a nice evening out with my friend but instead was disappointed in the service that was shown at this nail spa.

I've been coming here for years. Hali is my nail tech and she is absolutely amazing!!! They greet you upon arrival. Very clean salon. She takes her time on my nails and the greatest thing about this salon? They guarantee their work. If you're not happy they welcome you back in to make it right! They are commerces hidden gem! Wouldn't trust anyone else!

We had an appointment at 5:30 and got there early and waited 40 minutes, and they took walk in's before us. Also the place was dirty and had very few colors to choose from.

Always had a positive experience with Haley; prompt, precise and pleasant! I'm glad that acetone remover is applied and wrapped in foil as opposed to most nail salons who dip your finger in a container of acetone!

1st time getting ombre done on my nails today and V did an amazing job!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. She got me in and out on time for my next appointment. This place never disappoints!

They do a great job of my nails but don't expect many of them to be friendly and talk to you especially in English.
The girl I was with didn't talk to me despite the fact I tried to talk to her. She was on the phone the whole time or talking to the owner in their native language.
No hello or good bye . And she knows English fluently.

I wanted to like this place because everyone does seem really nice but when I ask you to fix the bumpy polish on my nail twice and still no one has after 30 minutes, that's a problem. I didn't tip 20% for a mediocre (at best) manicure & pedicure.
