Terrible experience today. The girl was horrible. They guy wasn't that great either. We were left waiting for a long time to get shoes to try on. They forgot about us! The girl treated us like she didn't want our business. She was very snotty to us. "This is ALL we have in that size" as she tossed down the shoes and walked off.

First off very nice employees. I think their staff is exceptional. They definitely know what they sell, and the store is a welcoming easy going place. It's well organized too, although I'm sad Clark's latest shoes don't seem to be like they used to be. Also they don't have the sales, or the frequency that they had going on. My hope is they'll bring this back.
Yet one concern that tops all of these, is the shoes that they sell. They have decent business casual shoes, but their more formal ones are a disappointment. It's an opinion, but a lot of their shoes are boring. My last pair with care have held up well. Clarks shoes have consistently proven this. Sadly Johnston and Murphy or Florsheim, have eclipsed their comfort. Oh my bad Rockports too. This isn't to say Clark's shows are bad. Actually they are still good quality, but they aren't great. The shoes from this brand, used to be known for their durability, but last few years scuffing is problematic.
This is an extremely friendly store. I like the simple layout, as no one needs the sanctimonious displays. They have good casual or business shoes. Their employees are impeccable. All are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They used to have more sales, but this like the product falls on the corporate side. - 2574271076May 4, 2023
Ina was wonderful! She was so kind to my young son and myself.
My biggest concern was my footwear limitations given my plantar fasciitis. She was quick to mention that she also copes with this condition! She took me around the store and showed me shoes that could work for different occasions.
From her experience, she also told me which ones to avoid. this was so helpful, as I have been scouring the Internet for these exact kinds of suggestions. I did not intend to buy sandals with a bit of a heel--i thought I could not wear shoes like that again. But she put me in the shoes and had me see how supportive they really were. My wife and I had a stunningly bad experience here this week. Our visit went well for the first hour plus with the first two employees who helped us. They were both wonderful and helped us make our way through potential choices. Then, each of them left, and we were left to work with a different employee--Roberto--who did not interact with us until he came over to ask "are you guys ready to check out soon?" We let him know we were doing well, had decided to purchase several pairs, but had a couple more decisions to make, after which he let us know that he'd be taking his break in 20 minutes and that we'd need to make our purchases before then. I asked whether the store was closing for the evening, and he said it wasn't but that we'd had more than enough time to make our decisions about purchasing our shoes and that he'd be closing the store. My wife then spoke with him at the counter, informing him that we'd spoken with the other employees about ordering additional shoes in our sizes, etc., and asked whether we might have a bit more time to ensure we could get these orders in, and he said that he was supposed to take his break earlier, then trailed off under his breath.
At this point we decided it would be preferable to leave than to work with him, given his hostile and dismissive tone. I'm not sure what happened--was it that we're dark-skinned people and Roberto didn't trust that we'd purchase the shoes we set aside? Was it that he thought we looked a bit scruffy or young, not like people who'd purchase a few pair of shoes for the new school year? Was at the mall for a Yelp Elite event and decided to shop with my wife. My wife had been looking for short boots for a while all over, including the outlets near our home in Leesburg. This store was extremely friendly and helpful in spite of being busy. This is one of the few times we've ventured out in the recent past and really enjoyed it.
She ended up getting the boots she wanted and another pair of shoes that they had the color online so it was shipped to our home (very convenient). New store, very friendly staff and accommodating! I enjoyed my shopping experience this evening. Nick was new and very helpful. He offered several alternatives when the style I wanted wasn't available. In comes Jeffrey, store manager, another helping hand and offered to order the shoes that I was seeking. Buy one and get the second 25% off! Woohoo, I'm winning! These guys were simply the best! We had a casual conversation and viola my purchase was complete! Ready to receive 2 pairs of über comfortable shoes! Shoes are freakingly comfortable yet pricey! It's cool though, my feet deserve comfort! Will definitely return for future purchases!

Needed new shoes. Got very good service from Aarash on staff. Shoes had to be ordered, but arrived ahead of schedule. New shoes are extremely comfortable. Would definitely return.
