I would if I can give zero star. They are the worst of all. I own other condos. All other HOA managers always have people answering the phone on normal business hours. but it will be your lucky day if someone at Cityscape will ever pick up the phone. A lady just hung up on me as soon as connected. my email will simply go un-answered. Please do not hire them as your property or HOA manager. They are simply the nightmare!!

The worst Property Management Company I have ever dealt with. I lived with them for 11 years and had nothing but frustration, bullying and a lack of response. They would authorize work / improvement with improper noticing, send people to work on your property with no notice and are always sending these " warning" notices; but only to people that are not on the board. The board members had foliage, parking and building violations which were overlooked constantly.

We had numerous issues with loud screaming at the pool, that they have never addressed and it is still going on years later. John came on a few years ago and is the only one who is half decent and reasonable to work with. Their receptionist is rude and most of the time you are sent through a phone tree to a voicemail.

My former HOA stays with them because they are the "low bid", which is reflective in the service home owners get; unless you are on the board, then you get to do whatever you want.

The worst HOA - rude, not responsive, not helpful at all, doesn't solve any problems, avoid phone calls, lying. Our unit is experiencing a series issue but they are not helping at all but making it worse and worse. I wanted to tell everyone to run away from this HOA. Larry is the one who we are trying to reach out but he barely answers phone calls.

We have owned our condo at 1776 Sacramento Street since 2007 and none of the property managers we've had are any comparison to Harrison Engle. He is responsive, professional and especially communicative by phone and e-mail. I hope that he stays on at CityScape Property Management for years to come. HE is THE BEST!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The main liaison there, Larry, is unresponsive, unhelpful, and unintelligent. I've never had him return a phone call or e-mail without me harassing him for a response. If the world was a fair place they would be out of business.

Cityscape Property Management is absolutely bullshit. It takes a lot of badgering to get them to do anything. The other reviews are right- Larry in particular is the worst. He's uncommunicative and disrespectful. Not sure why our HOA uses their service since they are clearly not doing their jobs.
