We had a very good experience purchasing our vehicle from City Toyota. Miguel Gonzalez, our salesperson, was very professional. He provided us with a test drive which ultimately led to the purchase of our new 2024 Toyota Prius AWD Limited. We had a good idea what a fair price would be and the transaction was straightforward. There was no wasting each other's time with multiple back-and-forth offers/counteroffers in order to get down to the price we needed to close - which was appreciated.
When we took delivery, it was well past the dealership's closing time. Miguel spent the time to go over all the new car's intricate features in an unrushed fashion. Wish all major transactions in life could go as smoothly.

Came in with not much knowledge about leasing cars, and needed to trade in my old 2003 Camry for a new Corolla. Aida was super friendly and helpful during the whole process! She was not pushy at all and allowed some time for us to make a final decision the next day to lease a 2024 Corolla Hybrid. She also did her best to look for the exact one I wanted and landed on a great deal after all. Thank you so much Aida!! I love my new car.

Everyone was nice I came in contact with. JC was my sales rep and he was awsome dude. He worked with me best he could to get a good price. Would of gave 5 stars but the guy in finance was a complete jerk. Maybe he was mad because I paid out right instead of financing. Would of just walked but I wasn't gonna let him have the time I spent to be a waste. If you wanna get a car go see JC Flores, nice dude. Just hope the brotha in finance is off that day, just a petty hating jerk.

Shout out to salesperson Jian Huang who helped me lease a bZ4X, it was only his second week at Toyota but he was super helpful. I most appreciated his honesty - if he didn't know something, he didn't pretend like he did and would instead seamlessly enlist colleagues to assist. They worked quickly and got me out in less than 1.5 hours.

Also props to City Toyota, their transparent negotiation approach is refreshing. They work on volume so they don't haggle for every dollar and cent.

Worst Toyota dealership I have ever been too! The business brags as to how busy it is , but that is due to how long they take to service your vehicle. Went in for a diagnostic appointment regarding my safety features on my 2024 Highlander. Upon arrival 904 am....The service rep informed me that the diagnostic team "probably wouldn't be able to look at my car until after lunch"... why would I make a9am appointment to have my car looked at after 12? I Waited 4 hours and they barely looked into my car! I was told I could not use the toyota shuttle /uber services offered by Toyota...due to my appointment not being a "big service"
After 4 hrs they claimed to have to keep my car longer to pull off the bumper! I could not get out of there fast enough!! I took my 2024 highlander to another dealership and w/2 hrs it was fixed!
Way to overcrowded with long wait times & incompetent service !
The only Toyota dealership that does NOT provide a shuttle service and not a decent restaurant near by. Shared my experience with the supposed service director, CHRIS HANSEN... all he had to say that my feedback was a great learning experience for his team!
Never ever will return!
So many other Toyota dealerships in the bay area that are more competent, trusting, and provide shuttle services ...

This is my first time getting a car. 2nd dealership we walked into. First dealership didn't even great us if we need something. They were just sitting and waiting to be approached. So, we proceeded to go to this location. When we first walked in to the door, Alex greeted us with a huge smile, made us feel more welcome and comfortable (Impression is important to see if you are choosing the right dealership specifically if you are about to spend a huge responsibility. Providing value to customers is a must as this shows to a customer that we can trust the dealership). He just asked what particular car we looking for, from there he showed us the show room even give us the best recommendations. He did his best and use his experience to help us with what we really need and accommodate our budget (we seriously compare the prices we gather from every dealership and alex was just the best to beat it). He didn't put any pressure on us he was so open for you to make your choice. He gave us options of deals that are really hard to ignore, but still allow us to see other dealership if we aren't satisfied with the models we are hoping to get. After going around we found ourselves driving back to this place to sign the contract.

I highly recommend him for his professionalism, his knowledge about cars and negotiation. He is incredibly nice.

I never do reviews, but I feel like he deserves to be known for his great performance.

First time car buyer and my whole experience was amazing!

Went through the Costco Auto program and was referred to Wil Cho at City Toyota. Wil was very informative and pleasant to interact with. We met on Saturday to talk over the car and he was able to reserve an incoming car for me! Car arrived on Tuesday and I came in on Thursday to finalize the purchase. Wil went over everything with me, ensured the car was functioning perfectly and had a full tank before I left the lot!

Estimated time spent on Thursday was ~3 hours including the paperwork and going over the car.

If you're looking for a car - City Toyota is the place to go to! Definitely recommend seeing Wil if you're able to!

Our experience at City Toyota was made exceptional by Aida Geojayan. Since we already knew we wanted the RAV4 Hybrid, Aida diligently worked behind the scenes to secure the right car for us. The RAV4 Hybrids are in high demand and not exactly sitting idly on dealer lots, so Aida spent considerable time tracking upcoming shipments and keeping us informed about their status. Her communication was consistently timely, and we never felt pressured to settle for a vehicle that didn't meet our needs.

When it came time to finalize the purchase, Aida guided us through the process seamlessly, leaving us completely satisfied with the entire dealership experience. If you're in the market for a new Toyota, I absolutely recommend Aida.

Isaac Uy was awesome to work with in getting my dream Toyota Tundra 1497 in Army Green. He was extremely helpful and very kind. Most of all, he was upfront and transparent with me in all costs. I value his transparency, positive energy, and kindness. Isaac Uy gets 5 stars from me. Also, Chris Paras was also absolutely awesome to meet. They made things very smooth and I felt welcomed and comfortable. They both helped me and showed my family hospitality. I never felt like I was being sold as they just talked to me. I do not like to haggle and be sold. I'm not into that game. They understood and I was thankful for their candor.

Only reason for not putting a full 5 stars for City Toyota overall, is because my first trip there a month ago, a different sales person tried to corner me and sell me. A different salesperson tried just way too hard and I don't like to feel pressured or forced to buy. It was an irritating experience.

Isaac Uy and Chris Paras more than made up for my bad experience. Thank you both for helping me and working with me. I cannot wait to come back and get my Dad a Tacoma hybrid from you guys in the future.

Easiest car purchase I ever experienced. Kate Yazerskaya, our sales person, was very easy to work with. First time I ever walked out of a dealership and didn't feel ripped off. Usually, you end up at a dealership all day even when you know what you want. All the junk some dealers try to throw in and then you have to get it removed. We were only there a few hours . Kate knew what we were looking for. Gave us some options. Test drove the car and then did the paperwork. None of that sit around , need to talk with the manager, and wait baloney.
