City Deli

Hands down our new favorite breakfast place on the weekends! Best biscuits and gravy always made to perfection, along with their fluffy biscuits, and their city scramble is Hardy and delicious. The staff is always cheerful and upbeat and just mention they're bacon. Hands-down is the best.

Adorable, grape bridge like ambience and feels like home when you come in and eat at city deli.

I had their cheeseburger and fries and it was very good. Staff was very friendly and makes you feel at home. Service is quick and food is very fresh.

Decent breakfast joint. The wife and I both got the City Scramble, so that's all I can base my review on, but it was good. The service was adequate. Nothing extraordinary or underwhelming. Just a good, old fashioned style diner, complete with old folks telling stories. We'd go again.

We ordered to go. The food was delicious and service was timely, however, I never got my sides and they didn't remove the bacon when I asked off one of the sandwiches. Not sure if the sandwiches themselves were worth $15 when we got no sides

Stopped in for lunch and the staff was delightful and the food was delicious. They are family focused and take extra care when you bring in children. Very nice touch - they give you a to go version of the drink you have (if you want ) as you leave! Will be stopping by again on the way to the beach.

The food is OK. The service is OK, not great. The most memorable part of our experience is that a waitress saved a table for an elderly gentleman accompanied by a mid-aged female. The elderly gentleman and his female companion were served first before us even though we arrived first. The most disappointing part of our visit was that the female accompanied by the elderly gentleman used every version of the "f" word possible while dining. There were at least 2 families with young children within 15 feet of the female with the foul mouth. Staff and owners should set a standard for behavior within their establishment. Don't bring your young children to this place because the staff favors foul mouthed customers.

Love this mom and pop shop diner! Staff, beyond friendly. Food, like what your grandparents would make.

Plenty of parking available. They have their specials listed up front when you enter. They have home made desserts near the registers.

Bathrooms available. Their scrambler with an added gravy on top is a must eat!

So, when I talked about how awesome the staff was.....they gave my kids a lollipop each to go. And one of the twins left her "lubby" on the bench and she went after us as we were buckling them into their car seats! Talk about customer service!

Service was great! However food and coffee were mediocre. Looks like a local favorite but since I am new here not sure if maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Food was a little on greasy side. More reminiscent of a roadside diner. I may come back and try them for lunch to see if that is better.

the new bistro style service leaves a lot to be desired. Can understand the ordering at the counter, but it was a surprise to have food served on paper plates, having to go to counter for refills and charging extra for coffee refills. Had not been to this restaurant in awhile and now know we will not be back.
