There is a short, bald, elfish-looking, over-diligent security officer/manger in this building. I brought something to a friend and he would not leave me alone and in the 3 mins I was in the parking structure he had a sticker put on my window that impeded my driving view. I could not easily remove this. I had to continually spray and soak with alcohol to get it off. He continued to harass me while I did this. I asked for his help to remove and he said "Good luck."
He takes this job too seriously; making simple things harder than they have to be. I'm a petite woman doing a favor; not a loitering nuisance! If you consider living here, just know the oversight is overkill.
Rent somewhere where management has common sense and true customer service. This is not it. Control freaks make problems where there are none.

I told management I was only there to drop off an item and would be right out. It was spiteful and unnecessary.

Seems to be a common theme with a certain bald man who is the front desk. Truly treats guest like they are pedants, is rude, snaps and belittles GUESTS. I'm not sure how you can classify this building as luxury with a man in concierge like him. Last time I stepped foot in the building a few weeks ago, a couple came up to him and he snapped at him saying "look at all these packages, I have to deal with these first before I get to you two". Who treats guests like that?! He causes problems rather than being solution driven. He must be miserable. So glad I chose a different building. The traffic and parking is a nightmare and the elevators are slow. But the rude concierge turns myself and others away. It's sad, because my friends have beautiful apartments there but no one wants to visit primarily due to the front desk.

I have lived at the cirque since October 2020. The past couple of months have NONSTOP issues with the elevators. My husband and I have been stuck multiple times. There is currently one elevator running and the wait time is 20 minutes. Multiple people have been stuck in them, one last week for 1.5 hours. Do not move here.

The roommate and I went to Dallas to visit an old friend. Since we landed so early and couldn't quite check into our hotel yet, we hung out and took a quick nap at our friend's on Monday, March 20th. We arrived around 7am.

He had a beautiful one bedroom on a higher floor. (Or maybe junior one bedroom? I didn't see a door to the bedroom, so not sure what this would technically be classified as.) Floor to ceiling windows with some wonderful views. His place didn't face downtown, but we could see the American Airlines Center, the hotel we stayed at later, etc. He also had a roomy bathroom and a terrace. I was wishing I could afford a place like this back home. The building is secure with a someone at the door to check people in.

A cool feature of this place is the Skyline Club. (I believe it's on the 7th floor?) It has an infinity pool and a fountain type of pool. There is a bar area, an outdoor movie theater, and plenty of space to just lounge. I kind of wished we had time to go in the pool, but we were only in Dallas for a couple days and only really at his apartment for a few hours here and there. Still, great views and a nice place to hang out on a nice day.

If I could afford a place like this back home, I would be all over it! Can't hate on floor to ceiling windows with such an amazing view!

Under the professional and FUN direction of Elizabeth Hughes, the Cirque team is incredible to partner with. Whether you meet Susan in the morning or the kindness of the valet staff, you will know this is a wonderful residence. Steve is incredible. He ensures things move in a safe organized way. Gerardo and his team keep the property well maintained and respond quickly to any issues (which every property has). This team deserves to be recognized for all the good work they do. Thank you.

After hearing horror stories about the move out process, I was none too thrilled about my move out in January 2017. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the ease of my move out process, and am happy to report that I received my full deposit minus the final utilities bill within 5 days of moving out. This property recently was taken over by Lincoln Property Managment, and there has been a slight improvement in overall quality of service. I lived here for two years, and maintenance requests were always handled very promptly and courteously.

My apartment on the 27th floor was a beautiful place with travertine floors and a nice view facing Las Colinas/DFW... that is until construction on the Ascent building next door began less than two months after I arrived in early 2015. Victory Park is basically a series of cranes and construction vehicles blocking access to all streets in the area on a daily basis. These crews start very early in the morning Monday - Saturday, and on occasion Sunday, so of course, the noise is never-ending, rendering my plans to sleep in on any day basically futile.

And then there is the incessant issue of traffic due to the American Airlines Center. I can't describe to you the frustration of coming home after a long day of work and making it to within 40 feet of the building, only to be diverted at least a half mile away and into the traffic jam by the cops handling the traffic flow around the AAC. The flows change depending on the mood of the police involved, and their are no signs indicating the routes they are choosing for events, so it's pretty much a crap shoot as to which route will get you home. If you tell them you're a Cirque resident and show them your FOB, you have about a 30% chance of being let through the cones at Olive and Houston.

There is no visitor parking, so your guests must valet, and the concierge staff will arbitrarily choose how many cars per unit are allowed to valet, so your later arriving guests will have a hard time parking (unless they slip the valet some $$$). Resident parking is always a challenge (especially when the garage gate isn't working), and less and less available due to an increase in reserved spaces (which aren't free).

Elevators. This building has three elevators, one that is usually reserved for moving and one that is usually broken, leaving you with one elevator to handle the residents, guests, and staff of a 28 floor building. I'm sure you can imagine the wait times.

My reasons for moving out really had little to do with management, aside from a couple of major items, including no longer providing package notifications via email after transitioning to a new computer system on January 1st, 2017, and of course, the unreasonable expectation that residents should accept upwards of 10-15% increases on their rent every year, even when it is quite the chore just to live here.

I won't go into the decline of clientele that has occurred here since 2015, suffice to say that it's going downhill pretty quick... at the very least, expect the odor of cannabis and the sound of bass-heavy above ground nuclear testing (I mean music) on the weekends.

Where do I begin... I guess I will start with that I love this place. I lived here a few years ago and truly enjoyed every 12 months of living here. Floor plans, locations and amenities are top notch. Management is accommodating and helpful through out the process of applying to the day you move out. Tho everyone is amazing, Gee made my experience of living at Cirque the best. He's thoughtful, sweet and just a joy to be around. His level of customer service is like no other in this industry. I have been doing apartment locating for 8 years and I have to say that Gee leaves a statement with any resident and I truly appreciate all that he does.

This is absolutely one of, if not, the best places to live in the Downtown/Uptown Dallas area. The building and views are beyond beautiful, the management company is great and the location is amazing! Chad, my leasing agent, was great and extremely friendly as well as helpful. Wesley, the property manager, is great as well, always willing to go above and beyond to assist the residences. Maintenance is great also, they usually fix any service requests within 24 hours and sometimes even same day, depending on what time you put in your request.

Overall, I would highly recommend this community over any Gables properly. I loved living here and would move back if given the opportunity.

Cirque is one of the nice luxury apartments in Dallas. HOWEVER, I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to choose somewhere else!!! The management staff here is the worst I've ever seen/encountered. The elevators are always broken and management waits for as long as possible to get them fixed. The gates have been broken several times where residents can't even get in. There are countless drug dealers in the high rise & my apartment was next to one. I could never get rid of the smell that came through the vents into my apartment. Most of the concierge staff is nice. ANY GAME NIGHT, majority of residents will have trouble parking or finding a spot because the valet will let any event goer pay $20 cash to them to park there.

I give it a star because the amenities are nice & if you don't live at the community... Hey no big deal... you can always park there if you give the valet cash!

Also, just go ahead and assume your entire deposit will go toward Cirque. Even if you have maids come in and clean, you will not get ANY of your deposit back. I've lived in 3 different apartments and not 1 of my deposits did I get back! I don't even have pets. So good luck to all those people with pets.
