Church's Chicken

Stop by there to grab some chicken. Going through the drive thru took me 30 minutes....Why??? because the girl, who was the manager working the window thought that her personal phone conversation was more important than my service. Yes...she was on her cell phone the whole time she was taking, placing, and serving my order.. I had to keep knocking on the window to get her attention after she kept missing items out my bag...

I am going to cut straight to the chase here. My family and I had poor service with this Church's and honestly it isn't nothing new with this or any Church's we attended over the years. When we arrived, we wait about 15 before getting to the menu, then another 15-20 wait. Honestly, the second wait was much longer than 15 or 20 as the woman said at the window. Once we finally got our meal, it didn't even tasted like it was even cooked. I would rather saved the money spent on that trash, and cooked at home. For the piss poor service of THIS Church's Chicken, they don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

Stopped in 9/17/16 walked in only 4 other customers, no one greeted me, got to the register to make my order the gentleman cashier turned his back on me without a word. Waited a couple more mins. I got tired of all the yelling going on behind the counter so i left and went someplace else.
