Robert B.Skokie, IL070Oct 13, 2023This is a must try when near Shabbona. The pizza was delicious with savory sauce, abundant cheese and a perfect pizza crust. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this as a carry out restaurant. Shabbona is a very close knit small town.

My husband and I have been coming here for about 20 years. The best pizza ever. Crust is homemade, everything is always fresh. Owner is very nice. We usually eat here when we camp but also drive from Tinley Park in the winter. Love it!

The taco pizza is the best, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, black olives and taco sauce. The best I have ever had. The owners are very friendly and nice, they are now our friends. We even take a ride out during the Winter for a pizza. I hope they never leave, camping would never be the same.

We camp at the State Park and our 1st meal is always Chumly's taco pizza, everything is always fresh, the best I have ever had. In the Winter we take a ride out just for the pizza from Tinley Park. The owners are nice and friendly and are now our friends. Try this place you won't be disappointed.
Jun 21, 2013Previous reviewMy husband and I camp in Shabbona at the State Park, we get pizza from here every Friday when we camp. They have the best taco pizza we have ever had, we have also tried other pizzas but the taco is our favorite. The owners are very nice and the price is right. Always delicious and the toppings are always fresh, they will even deliver to the campsite if you order and pay because no money can be exchanged in campsite. Try it once and you will be hooked!
Gregg P.Clinton, IL050189Jun 23, 2017Don't let the outside fool you. Very limited seating. We chose to eat here because of closeness to State Park and favorable outdated reviews. The old reviews were spot on. We ate the Chumly special and the Western Pizza. Both were great. Very good crust and they load on the cheese. I plan on camping here again a few more times and Chumly's will be our Friday night dinner.

Awesome pizza! We were camping in shabbona and decided to get some local pizza and found this wonderful little pizza joint with excellent pizza. Wish they were in villa park. We will definitely visit every time we camp at shabbona!
