I have a Seiko watch that was my father's and I got it after he passed away. It's not worth a lot but it has sentimental value to me. A pin on the metal wrist band came out. I brought it to Chrysella and Andrew fixed it in five minutes. I am very appreciative and I plan to share with others the positive experience I had at Chrysella. Thank you!

Spectacular customer service and craftsmanship! Andrew and the team at Chrysella restored a ring I inherited from my grandmother after she passed. They were able to size and clean the piece, restoring it to its beautiful original state. Everyone I encountered was honest and knowledgeable about how to care for the ring. I really appreciated that they did not attempt to overcharge me and have a jeweler on-site who can not only check the ring they worked on, but any jewelry you need checked. Great family business with great business ethics!

My fiancé and I visited Chrysella after we went to another local jeweler who was pretty cold to us, which is something we often encounter as an interracial lesbian couple. We decided to call Chrysella in advance and ask if they were happy to work with LGBTQ+ customers, and Andrew assured us that he they are extremely LGBTQ+ friendly, which they were! We made an appointment, and were able to be seen the same day.

Asia and Andrew are so warm and welcoming, are very attentive without putting any pressure on you, and you NEVER feel like they're trying to "upsell you."

Over the past two weeks, Andrew, Asia, and Eric worked with us to set a family diamond in a new setting for my fiancé, to turn a family heirloom from a pin into a necklace, and to repair, clean and resize a family ring that I'll be wearing as my engagement ring. They were in touch with us every step of the way. They listened to what we wanted, and they made it happen. They included detailed appraisals with photos for the items once they were done with them. Asia even walked us through the process of how we can insure our new jewelry.

Considering we used stones and jewelry that we already owned, they weren't making a huge commission from us, but you'd never knew it with how well they treated us, and the care and patience they showed. You can tell that they are truly happy to help.

The items they worked on are family pieces that are between 50-70 years old, and I felt so comfortable leaving them in their hands. They quality of the work is extremely high, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is top notch--I can't say enough! Everything is beautiful-- better than expected!

The staff at Chrysella feel like family now, and I trust them with my priceless family jewelry. We will definitely be back!

Chrysella is absolutely wonderful and I will be going back for any future jewelry needs! I got my engagement ring and wedding band resized with them. The employees were very friendly and made me feel totally at easy leaving my sentimental jewelry with them. They were fairly priced and had the rings back to me faster than they quoted originally. Can't say enough good things about them!

I recently had the best experience at Chrysella with Andrew.

Last year my husband upgraded my wedding rings. The original jeweler is in NYC, and I have been looking for a good trustworthy local jeweler to clean and maintain my jewelry as needed. I saw that Chrysella came highly recommended by other Yelpers so I gave them a try. I checked the hours on Yelp and they would be open, I planned to swing by after grocery shopping at Wegmans. I got there right at 10:30 am and walked in; the gentleman (Andrew) was surprised and politely explained that they weren't open till 11, but the door was open for a delivery. I quickly showed him the hours on Yelp and he apologized and said how can I help you (explained that they had changed the hours on google to 11, but had not updated Yelp)!

I pried my rings off to show him the missing stone, and my concerns that the crawled prongs on my center stone was lifting. He carefully reviewed and talked through what he saw under the magnifying glass, and confidently confirmed they could repair my band and my engagement ring. I took a deep breath and embarrassedly explained that I didn't want to leave my most prized possession with a stranger. He smiled and understood completely; and had a plan. I could leave my eternity band for repair and when it's ready for pickup the jeweler could file down my prongs on my engagement ring while I waited! I was ecstatic; he took pictures for records then filled out some quick forms.

With in a few days Andrew called to pick up my band and to work on my engagement ring prongs. I came into the store and to my surprise he is the jeweler, he is the the certified GIA Gemologist! Andrew took my ring to the open view workroom and got to work repairing my prongs. Within 15 minutes he had filed down, polished and cleaned my ring. In addition the store and jewelry are beautiful and modern.

I will be back for all my jewelry needs in the future, thank you Andrew.

I had an amazing experiencing at Chrysella when shopping for an engagement ring. The process was tailored to me as a client and taken at my own pace, with the help of Andrew. He listened to what I wanted and helped me design a beautiful custom rose gold ring for my now fiancée! I proposed yesterday and she was in awe of the ring. We are both extremely happy with the quality and delicacy of the ring. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone searching for engagement rings and fine jewelry!

From proposal to the altar Andrew and everyone at Chrysella have treated my wife and I like family. I was referred here by a friend, but I could not be happier with the work they have done! Not to mention my wife is in love her engagement ring and wedding band..(and me)!

Came in thinking I would get my ring fixed and Andrew talked through process & cost. We quickly realized my (inexpensive) ring would not be worth it to fix. But, he fixed it anyway free of charge - right on the spot. Amazing! He also answered all our daughters questions & showed her the back where they make the 3D prints. We celebrate our 15 yrs anniversary this year & I can't wait to have him create my right hand ring. He also gave our daughter a small sapphire. She was so excited.

So just like everyone else I did a lot of research on youtube and on the internet on diamond rings because I didn't want to get ripped off. After spending a lot of hours researching, I thought I figured out how I wanted to approach this. However, when I was doing the math, I still felt like it was very expensive and the process of buying the diamond it self online then finding a jeweler to mount it on a setting was inconvenient.

So I kept looking and while searching for jewelers locally, I accidentally found Chrysella!!! I walked in one day and met Andrew. I explained the situation and Not only he said he will match any loose diamond prices online he said he will beat their prices as well, and he will work with me designing it. We compared the prices to what diamonds were being sold for online and what I found out was that the diamond I got was not only cut better and had a better quality over all, it was about $1500 cheaper than the online prices!!!! Don't waste your time online or at the shopping mall buying the same old boring ring that everyone else also buys. Go to Chrysella, design a unique one, and you will thank me later!!!!

Great jewelry repair at a reasonable price. I am going back to have clasp on bracelet replaced with lobster clasp so it doesn't fall off my wrist
