ChopStix Of Bay Ridge

Not a fan! We ordered this for dinner the other night and I gotta say I was disappointed. The first couple of rolls kept falling apart (hate that) and the taste just wasn't there for me. One of rolls I believe it's the Manhattan roll had so much cream cheese in, it was too much.

I have been dining at chopsticks for many years. It is a local staple of takeout. This week we decided to dine in the restaurant for the first time in a while. The staff was wonderful and the food was better than ever. The scallion pancakes are so tasty from here and really something that is great when you take it out but just another level of delicious when you eat them fresh in the restaurant. We also really enjoyed the pineapple fried rice among other dishes we ordered. Will continue to enjoy this place for years to come!

Quality has progressively gone down over time. With so many other dining options in the area, I would not recommend.

Ordered take out and definitely was not expecting a big egg shell to be in my dinner... Ordered delivery and a part of my order was missing and to top it off, a shell to go with my fried rice. Disappointing and lost my appetite.

Food quality has improved over the last year. Prices have gone up a lot, which is ok if they continue to provide good food.

We have been eating here for years! But ever since the pandemic the quality of food is horrible and the price has gone up. I dont mind paying a little more for good quality.

Last night we ordered something we have order for years. A large Beef fried rice, order of Wings and Beef w ginger and scallions. The beef fried rice was 12 bucks and it looks like they are using the old Small size container and calling it a large. And the Beef with scallions used to be just just beef and scallions but this time around it had 2 pieces of scallion and a half a pound of regular white onions. My husband hates regular onions and this is why we order this entree for many years. Also the rice wasn't completely cooked it was still hard to the bite. But sadly to say this will be my last order from them.

I used to enjoy the food many years ago. But the past few years, it has been awful. The food just has way too much acid. On top of that, they always forget a certain item once it is ordered. I would never want to eat food from them again. Also the restaurant seems too dark when you first walk in.

No wonder they have poor rating (B) on their store front. Gave me the wrong food when I repeated it twice. I asked for sweet and sour chicken combo and they gave me spicy general tso I asked for a refund because I cannot eat spicy food due to stomach issues and they refused to give a refund. Had to call my bank. Lady was nasty and unprofessional and said she didn't care if she lost customers. Way to go, you lost two customers that have been going there for years. DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!

My husband and I LOVE Chopstix! We are actually pretty shocked by all of the bad reviews! We're ordered every Friday night for about 2 years.
