Who knew STL had some Chocolate history?

Stopped in for some chocolates, took the 20 minute tour on a whim and I had NO idea this was here and I feel like I know STL pretty well. Stunned!!

Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate has some rich history. Founded by Dan Abel in 1981. Co-founders Dan and Rosalie, along with their three children, continue to uphold the tradition of creating exceptional chocolates. Boy were they delightful. The commitment to quality is evident with original recipes from the turn of the century prepared in copper kettles and decorated by hand.

The acquisition of Bissingers Chocolate in 2019, a 350-year-old French company, is further proof to Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate's commitment to preserving and elevating chocolate-making traditions.

During the tour, I was fascinated to learn that 85,000 pieces of candy are crafted daily right there .

Get here if you are a chocolate enthusiast. What a great vibe in our backyard!

Came here and did the factory tour. Its behind the factory and has easy parking. We had a small tour at 2:30. Everyone was nice. They have been making chocolates for a very long time. Small batches and handled with care. Even the truffles are each drizzled by hand. Part of the factory may remind you of a I love Lucy episode!
Bonus, you get to try samples in the tour!! Can't get any better than that!

Highly recommend getting your chocolates here!

Stopped here with my coworkers to shop for chocolate and happened to walk in at the right time for the last tour of the day. The tour is free and takes about 15 -20 minutes and the guide walks you through the whole process of making chocolate as you get to watch the workers in action. At the end of the tour, you get a free sample.

The store has a wide selection of chocolates and a case of truffles, caramels, clusters, etc. that has too many options to choose from! Will definitely be going back with friends.

Fun and interesting tour is free and only lasts about 20 minutes. They do give you a free sample at the end of the tour. The delicious aroma of chocolate permeates the air, enticing you to make a purchase before leaving. So many choices!!! Most of these delicacies were about $20.00 a pound. I scored some fabulous goodies from the "oops section", only $4.00 each. Plenty of free parking on the private lot was convenient bonus.

In the city of St. Louis this is the go to place for chocolate. A short tour is available of the factory. Because, who doesn't want a tour of a chocolate factory and maybe a free sample! Even if you can make it to the factory and passing through you can usually find the chocolate at the airport and some smaller stores around the city.

Lots of different treats to try. They have seasonal offerings too and right now Easter is in full swing.

Plenty of parking out front too!

Super cool in house chocolate making factory. Lots of options, somewhat pricey, but there is an "opps" area with discounted prices.
