Chipotle Mexican Grill

Mediocre Chipotle. Kind of slow mobile order service. Quesadilla wasn't really cooked. Bathrooms were very clean though.

Went in and ordered a chicken quesadilla. They no longer offer in store so biggie. So the lady told me that she would do it anyways. I respected that. Watching them make it the quesadilla( like a toddlers hand of cheese was place in it) got stuck in the machine and looked like a mess instead of replacing it they just stuck it in the container. Afterwards, I order the second potion to my order and once again a toddlers size hand potion of rice was given. I had to ask more and I could tell she was agitated. I've never been to a chipotle and they have the little of an amount in other locations. They were out of everything and had three employees just hanging out in the back. The lady had to take items from the to go ordering station. It only gets better, so as I'm walking out they had minimal supplies and the trash cans were so full people have placed trash all around the trash can. It was disgusting. I have never seen a chipotle look like this in my life and the sad thing was they weren't even busy.

portions are always under the 'usual'; especially with prices going up. Example was refused more rice due to "that's all for the day" it wasn't even a normal size full scoop. Chicken/steak are never filled; usually one or the other depending on the day. The Chicken was burnt so badly couldn't even finish my poorly sized bowl.
One positive most employees are friendly and smile!!!

The employees swore multiple times from the 5 minutes I was in there. I have never had such rude service. I am a pretty chill guy but this was just awful unprofessional. They treated every single customer so disrespectfully.

Workers are kinda mid not nice but not mean. Food was good................,,......................,..,,,,,,,,,,

Why is the manger leaning on the table in the back, wearing sweat pants and watching her team members drown while customers play hopscotch over a puddle of spilled pop on the floor and tables are filthy??

Im not the type to give a review, but the bad attitudes and not welcoming environment deserves to be known. It's sad that the food is good but the workers there are less than friendly. Smiling and being kind is free. If you're a miserable person don't work with the public.

Found a finger nail in my bowl. Called the restaurant to tell them and the manager offered to have me come in to file an incident report. Sure I'll drive back down there and file a report after I had some dirty finger nail in my mouth. Won't ever eat there again.

fuck this chipotle, placed a mobile order TO SAVE TIME get there they say they never got the order, waited 30 minutes for everyone else to re order, got my food and they messed it up. ruined my night, my dinner, screw them.

I will never go back!!!! I'm not sure if all Chipotle are this bad, but never again will I spend so much money on the worst food. Steak was all fat, the rice wasn't even cooked and the guacamole had more onions than avocados. For $11 I could get so much better!!
