I really like chipotle. That being said, I can't recommend this particular location. Staff is often incredibly rude, which is not something I say lightly as I tend to give workers in the food industry the benefit of the doubt. Makes me wonder how they treat their employees :/ Ordering online is a nightmare, food quality is ALWAYS worse when you order ahead.

Walked in, about 6 workers sitting at a table, 2 behind the counter. Those 2 looked at each other like they didn't know what to do. I sd "well, who wants to wait on me"

I went there at 9 o clock at night and entered into an empty restaurant, the lady told me they are no longer doing in store orders despite still being open. She also said they are only doing online orders, so I tried to do it online but my card was not linking to my newly installed app I downloaded to try and eat a burrito. So I asked politely if she could just make me a burrito normally and I pay at the register, she came back and told me in an EMPTY store that I've been in for the past 15-20 minutes trying to get this app to work that she still couldn't make me one in store because she doesn't want a long line to form since she is the only one making food. I mean I was mind blown, no one entered the store for 20 minutes and she was worried about a line. So I left the restaurant empty handed because I couldn't get my app to work and she couldn't make me a burrito in store. Does this even make sense to anyone? Am I overreacting? Or was this worker just refusing to do her job. I mean I came in happy and left upset. I love chipotle. But that was terrible service, i mean she saw me walk in, try to install an app for 20 minutes, I physically showed her it wasn't working and she STILL said she can't make me a burrito. I mean what. I'm sorry but the more I type this the more mad I get. I'm going to end this here. But terrible service. I hope she reads this, and realizes how much of a moron she is. Thank you.

I walk up to the counter to order and it's online only? Why can't I just order with the employee directly in front of me? What if an older person came in and didn't know how to order? It absolutely stupid! This chipotle is always making things incorrectly or something is always missing. It's like a bunch of stoners work here.

I placed an online order during my lunch break (I'm a nurse so we only get 30 minutes) and I ordered a bowl with various toppings. When I finally made it back to the hospital to eat, the staff only gave me rice & corn...

The chicken burrito I purchased was so salty I could feel the inside of my mouth and stomach aching from it. Same thing with the tortilla chips

Last month when I was there they didn't have chips. This month, we had to order online during regular business hours to get food. Still don't understand why. Food was good anyways.

What the heck chipotle? Every time I try to dine at this restaurant it's order online!?! This has happened 3 or 4 times! I'm not interested in ordering online and waiting 30 minutes at the restaurant to get my order... I'd go to full service restaurant if that were the case. Not to mention, what my kids prefer to order is not even available on the app. GET IT TOGETHER CHIPOTLE!
Also, if chipotle management sees this- I saw 3 cars leave, in addition to us, as we were deciding where to go (because we didn't want to stay and wait).You guys are losing major money with these crappy business practices!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I believe Chipotle is getting their act together, thanks to an adequate staff of great employees. They have fajita veggies! They get the orders right because they have the products that are listed on the menu! I really like the fresh foods at Chipotle, and they are doing better!

1. I'm a shareholder of CMG stock. I'm a believer.
2. I eat a plant based diet, and so I love Sofritas protein.
3. When I travel I seek out Chipotle because of the generally consistent experience.
So it hurts me to post a negative review for the Billings Chipotle. I grew up in Billings.
Billings routinely runs out of Fajita Veggies around noon EVERY DAY!
They consistently get orders wrong. Yesterday I ordered an extra tortilla and paid for it, but did not receive it. I ordered fajita veggies, but as usual, didn't receive them. Crispy taco shells were not available for a barbacoa taco order, and extra cheese on the order didn't happen. The cheese was skimpy on 2 of the 3 tacos.
Also, I ordered sour cream on the side. The container opened on the way home, leaked through the bag, and soiled my Tesla's upholstery. Not happy!

We ordered the burrito bowls for delivery and loved them. We liked that we could choose which extras we wanted. The portions were very good sized. We both had leftovers for the next day. We will be ordering again.
