A great place to grab some quick Chinese food. I always get the sesame chicken or wonton soup. I've gotten their wonton soup when I'm feeling ill and it's consistently hit the spot for 15 years.

Our daughter was charged $70 for two sweet and sour chicken meals, 4 egg rolls and 4 crab Rangoons. She tried to say it wasn't right but he argued with her and told her it was. He overcharged her while taking advantage of her youth and inexperience. Dirty place.
We will NEVER go back..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mason H.IL, IL01Apr 5, 2023

My friend and his wife recomended this place to me. We order here a lot for dinner at work.
I usually order the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and some egg rolls. My co worker usually orders Beef lo mein. This place is consistant, the food is good and hot and the service is fast and friendly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dwayne M.Chicago, IL29268Aug 24, 2022
This operation is no where near the Chinese cooking in Chicago. The fried rice is not fried at all. The rice in Chicago is usually brown in color but the rice here is yellow. The meat contained therein has not cooked long enough. It's ok but Chicago Chinese has mastered the art of frying rice.

A boss of mine would have his wife drop off two of China Wok's
$6.95 lunch special box meals to our worksite. I was nuts for the stuff and
always waving money at my boss and urging him to send the wife
on another run.
Then one time on my own I got frisky and ordered the "Chef Special" Seafood Delight for $12.95 and my gosh what a ripoff!
I continue to pray for massive earthquakes in China by golly.
Someday I'll spring for another lunch special from this joint, but not before a pep talk from my pastor, and that's because the overbearing chink
woman that works the register is a real pain in the butt; she pretends
bad hearing and grasp of English. I suggest you grab a menu and ignore her
while she wails about not walking out with the menu because "we no have
enough!" The whole shebang is in numerals, so just find your #, write it down
on a $10 bill and ram it in that chink biatche's face.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cheraney D.Marion, IL076Feb 16, 2021
China wok is my go-to for Chinese in this area. Ordered from the website tonight, I placed an order for shrimp chow mein. The employee was unsure if that's what I actually wanted bc it's just shrimp and vegetables. So he quickly prepared shrimp lo mein to take too. Thank you !

Kick ass Chinese food. Sometimes it gives me the shirts but we'll worth it. Attached to a family video so you would assume it was nasty AF

Good quality Chinese takeout. They also have high quality plastic containers that you can rewash and use; we save leftovers in them just like tupperware. They are always fast and friendly.
Ten fifteen minute okay?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rikki C.Anchorage, AK108744Jan 10, 2012
Although the food is very greasy and the service is never friendly, this is the best Chinese in town.
Their crab rangoon is DELICIOUS (my husband and I always fight over the last one!) and the port fried rice is A+. No seating area and you do have to wait a bit for the food - but they are conveniently located right next to a Family Video so we like to order some Chinese and then pick up a movie while we're waiting.
Very solid sweet and sour chicken, too. I always pop in when I feel like cheating on my diet. ;)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
