This is your typical small town Chinese restaurant, I can't complain. Fried rice was good, dumplings were spot on (both their fried and steamed), meat was as always questionable, but the sauce was great, crab rangoons were fried and delicious. I come to this area for business and there's not a lot of food options, so this is a great place to get away from eating McDonald's all the time. It definitely competes with other Americanized Chinese restaurants in the city. Service was phenomenal and their hot tea was some of the best I've had in the Midwest. It's a great attribute to this area of the state.

The food is tasty, however the portions are tiny and the wait time was ridiculous with only one diner ahead of me, it took 30 minutes to get a small plate of coconut shrimp. The waiter was the young son and when I had to sit at a dirty table (they were all dirty) and asked for him to clean it off before taking my order, he threw his order pad down and stomped around. I would have left them had the other reviews not been so wonderful and positive. I question their legitimacy after being here! At 7 pm the buffet was closed with no explanation and no one spoke English to answer my questions.
And, update, they are not open 7 days a week. Closed on Mondays.
Next time I will drive the 30 miles to Marysville and East Chinese at the buffet there.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Andrew B.KS, KS03Aug 1, 2022
Worst Chinese I've ever had. Choices were extremely limited on the buffet and the food was cold.

This fantastic spot is hidden on a brick road in Seneca, KS. While the outside doesn't look like much, once seated your great experience begins! The menu is rather lengthy, but that just adds to the many deferent dishes you can try. While there, I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection! Not to mention, the service was wonderful. If you're ever in the neighborhood, make sure you take the time to enjoy this tasty gem!

Wow! Unlikely find at 8:45 on a Sunday evening in Northern Kansas. Extremely clean and well kept restaurant. Menu is easy to understand and affordable. Bathrooms were impeccable. I can't speak from experience because I've only been here but this must one of the best bets for good food as you pass though Seneca. A little
Pickled Napa cabbage came to start the meal out! Yum! City quality food in a little town! I don't think were in Kansas anymore. Service friendly and quick!!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michelle M.Snohomish, WA8496Aug 3, 2019
Food here is delicious and portions are very good sized. I was very skeptical about coming to a Chinese restaurant in the middle of Kansas, but I WILL RETURN. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and oh yeah did I mention the food was delicious and fresh. Crab Ragoons are delicious!

Chen works hard to please his customers! His food is fresh and he now is open 7 days a week!!!! Two different buffet times with a nice variety! You will not find better service! The prices are very reasonable too!

Pretty good food. I ordered something not on the menu but similar to a dish which was, and the chef agreed for an extra buck which is more than reasonable. The portions are tremendous and the chili sauce was HOT! It's quiet and super clean, but no alcohol, no problem, there is a bar across the street. Well worth the visit for good Chinese food.

First time here, very surprised to find a Chinese restaurant in a small town like Seneca.
Arrived for lunch, they had a buffet of standard Chinese buffet food which didn't appeal to me.
Ordered my old standard - House Special Lo Mein.
Came out fresh and flavorful and a good sized plate.
Was happy with it, especially being here in Kansas small town.
It wasn't greasy or over salted.
but the noodles looked more like pasta noodles, not Chinese egg noodles.
Place brand new, fresh, and clean, looks like a young Chinese couple run it.
Wish them the best of luck, we need more decent non-american restaurants here.
I will go back and try more dishes.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
