Chili's

Not bad for a chilis. Easy parking in the lot and everyone was pretty friendly. The service is quick but the food is pretty much what you'd expect from a chain. The steak for the fajitas was borderline inedible but the chicken was decent. The cheese that came with it was more like wax than cheese. Not great. Decent salad options.

Stopped by for a beer and to watch sports at the bar. I was shocked to see a steady amount of people eating in the dining area . Decor was old and run down but as expected from chilis.
Suprised to see some cheap beer deals and a wing happy hour. Bartender provided good service and poured cold beer. No complaints here.

Ordered for delivery on the app and received the wrong order. The order was also over 10 minutes late. I called about the issue and they said they still had the meal and asked me to "pick it up" because they don't have drivers since delivery is through doordash. Terrible service as they didn't even offer me a refund or a solution. They just said "not sure how far you are but you can pick it up" regardless of the delivery fee & tip I already paid. Bad service, wouldn't order for delivery again.

Rudest service I ever received. Bartender used ice and water to bring me my drink of scotch. Saw that it was a pale yellow. I asked for another drink with my scotch and ice on the side. I was told I got my 2 ounces and that's what it should look like.

Guess what drove down to houlihans and my drink looks nothing like that. Instead of apologizing to the customer as we ordered full meals she said "bye".

Perhaps a real bartender with manners would improve your business. She proceeded to show somebody who came out of the kitchen that I was not satisfied mocking me. Seriously. Learn how to pour a drink without cheating your customers.

Try houlihans. They don't have a problem with having bartenders watering down drinks when your paying a premium for top shelf alcohol.

Perfect spot to have a margarita with chips and salsa. My favorite is the triple dipper- tex mex rolls, honey chicken crispers and mozz sticks.

Ribs were so dry! Inedible. Like rawhide. They used to be great. I'm so disappointed.

Chilis always hits! The food is always fresh, lunch specials, happy hour, drink specials... I mean what else do you need? The service was great during my visit, no complaints! Definitely recommend!

I LOVE MARCO!!!! He was so funny our entire night and kept checking in to make sure we needed things. he was quick and a really nice person to talk to!

Went during COVID in December. Got there at 8:52 PM it was half empty and looked like it was about to closedown. On my way back from Florida I took my family of 5 to grab a bite to eat. At 9:03 when we finally were addressed after standing in the cold atrium for 11 minutes we were told they would be seating no longer. I asked to see the manager who affirmed the ruling with no class, an iron fist, and absolutely no ability to speak to people in a manner in which humans should speak. It was an absolute absurdity to even have this place still up and running, I would never go back, I will absolutely never recommend. I will also go out of my way to make sure there is a few of these reviews on several sites because if I wasn't a law abiding citizen with a moral compass. I would have cold cocked the manager for the rude way I was spoken too.

I've been coming to this chili's forever and never had a bad experience. The food is always good, hot and fresh. Pre pandemic I used to enjoy coming here for their margaritas, dinner & lave cake. Since the pandemic hit I do take out every now again, the experience is definitely better sitting in but if you crave one of their meals take out option is great & it's easy to order on the app. I found calling them and placing an order took longer.
