Sat at the bar to watch the game. The bartender (Dee) came over within a minute to greet me and help me. I requested for a channel change and he was on it stat and was happy to accommodate.

Great server and gentleman, hospitality A+! He knows the menu and was able to answer any questions.

Food and drink were perfect.

Underrated location. Deserves more stars!

It was a Friday afternoon and we were immediately seated. The waitress took our orders and all was good. We all ordered the rib eye - me with mushrooms. I was halfway through my meal when under a mushroom was a surprise I wasn't expecting: a black thick hair. We all immediately stopped eating and I called the waitress over to show her. She took my plate and the manager appeared. He apologized and asked if I would like to place another order either to eat there or to go.....needless to say I declined.
He said he wouldn't charge for my meal and I said that is the very least since my other two friends immediately lost their appetite as well. He ended up comping us only for 2 of the 3 meals. Honestly I was sick to my stomach and if I had been the manager. I would have gladly paid for everything including the mushrooms and our drinks. I should have insisted that everything be paid for but I was numb and just wanted to get out of there.

After coming here I can see why I always see this place packed. Staff is very friendly and your party will always be say relatively quick. The menu here has tons of variety and most of the food here is top notch. There are also tons of great deals and value options so you can get your money's worth and leave full and satisfied. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Food was actually very good! Haven't been to this location in a while. We went on a Friday night and it was busy but we didn't wait long. The server had a big section and you can tell she was overwhelmed. We were celebrating my sons birthday and requested a birthday dessert and she charged me 10 bucks for a birthday Sunday! I don't recall any restaurant charging for a birthday Sunday! The thing is that she didn't even tell me they charge for a birthday Sunday. I was sad and disappointed at this! This is not a place to celebrate your birthday!

Been here a few times since it's very close to where I work. I usually order pickup due to time constraints and they have good cheap lunch specials. I got the half chicken avocado chicken sandwich with cheese and was a fair portion for its price. The lunch special is around 12$ total and comes with fries and a side of choice. The chicken had good moisture and good seasoning. I've gotten this sandwich before and it was dry but it seems like this time around they got it right. My fries were mildly warm to cold and worst of all they forgot my cup of enchilada soup with my order. Overall, this location seems to be either a hot or miss.

Heading to Chili's is always a win! My favorites are the honey chicken crispers with a side, especially when enjoyed outdoors. The baked potato soup is a must-try - incredibly creamy. The tenders are crispy outside, moist on the inside, and the sweet and spicy sauce adds a fantastic touch. Priced around $14, it's a great value. Strongly recommend for a delightful dining experience!

Really good Tex-Mex food here. However you will be waiting 1/2 hour for your food to come out. So as long as you're not in a rush, you will be spending some time dining. Luckily the paying part at the end is easy and done on the little touch screen auto payment machine ZIOSK that sits on every table.
As I mentioned the food is really good. The steaks are very flavorful, especially the ribeye. And the loaded potatoes are delicious! Even the crispy chicken tenders are perfectly seasoned and don't even really need a sauce. Although the honey mustard is my favorite to go with this meal. Just best to allow 2 hours to dine here. The food is worth it.

I wanted to grab some food on my way to work so I decided to stop by and do a curbside pick up. I ordered the Triple Dipper with mozzarella sticks, mouth bites, and Nashville crispers. The food was really good but since it had been sitting out for a bit it wasn't as hot as I wanted it to be. I was at the restaurant before my pick up time and parked in the "To-go" spot and I let the online service know I was there. Shortly it said someone would come and bring me my order but after 20 minutes of waiting I went inside and my food was just sitting on the counter. I wouldn't have gone inside if it weren't for another customer who also placed a curbside pick up and was also waiting but ended up going inside and came right back out with his food. I hope this restaurant fixes their system and takes out the curbside option if they're not going to abide by it because it defeats the whole purpose.

My girlfriend and I tried eating here on a Wednesday night. It was a little more than an hour before closing and we waited for about 10 minutes watching employee after employee walk by us staring at us but no greeting or anything. Finally someone working on the bar side went over to help us but stated they only had bar seating or the high tables left which honestly I don't think was true as there were booths available from the looks of it. We decided to just leave and went to another Chili's with even less time and were seated right away and have great service. Overall this location just had poor service.
