Chili's

Just celebrated two birthdays this past weekend at this Chili's location.

We walked in and told the hostess we needed a table for 8. We had to wait about 20 minutes, which was fine while we waited on everyone to arrive. We got a text that our table was ready and was seated right away.

Our waitress was great (I didn't catch her name), she provided quality customer service and checked on us on multiple occasions to make sure we had everything we needed. That alone was worth five stars.

I got the chicken crispers with fries and mac n cheese with ranch, spicy ranch, and honey mustard. The meal was good for what it was. The spicy ranch was really good and my favorite out of all the sauces I received.

Similar to Applebee's, you'll find a lot of traditional "American" style choices. It's just your typical, average chain restaurant. I find myself here when other places are busy or if I'm looking for a quick meal. Nothing ever draws me here specifically as it's nothing special.

But the past couple of times I've been in the last year, I've had good food and good service, so that's a win! Definitely check it out if this is your type of cuisine.

This place is only worth it if you go in and sit down for happy hour. Other than that, I would not recommend going to this place it's beyond mediocre I mean, even though the prices are reasonable the food is not even worth the price you better off going to Taco Bell

Extremely slow service. Staff not so friendly . Not that busy, appears to be fully staffed, asked for Splenda, 30 mins later no Splenda, she wanted to charge me for the tea I didn't drink. As we were leaving food finally came out. No apology, no tip of course, my advice, go somewhere else.

I'm giving this place a solid! Haven't been to Chili's in years. I think I avoided because of their not so great reputation. It has really stumbled over the years according to news and whatnot but that could also just be people who are biased continue to slam them.

But after coming back during a prolonged absence, I was very much impressed. Service at this place is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We started with a trio platter that was excellent with Southwest egg rolls, burger sliders, and mozzarella cheese sticks that were very thick. They were excellent and it came with three types of sauces to use. I had the mushroom burger which was very flavorful and too hot to eat it even after 5 minutes of being there. Fries were okay and ranch to dip them in was a bit watery but still flavorful. Friend had the fried barbecue chicken with sauce and a side of chips with street corn. He said the street corn was pretty good and the chips are good but the chicken was mediocre with the sauce. Other than that, everything was really excellent.

I can't think of a single reason to score this place down. We would definitely return for a good dinner. It's just good to know though that everything here is very unhealthy. There's really nothing here that's healthy and even the salads looked like they were just covered in dressing and mixed with other unhealthy ingredients. So be prepared to eat a lot and be full.

We were so excited to see a Chili's! It was the first place we've been out to eat on our vacation. We are from Pittsburgh and the closest one to where we live is about 45 minutes away. We came in about 12:30 on a Friday. And it was dead. And took ten minutes to be seated. Thankfully a second person came to see us and he sat us.

It was a little awkward as there were 8 of us but we were given a table for 12. But we made it work. Our skillet queso seemed runny. I've had it most times I've been and it wasn't the same. Hardly any meat in it as well. We asked for lemons and never got them. I asked for no cucumbers on my salad .. had cucumbers. And I received the wrong salad dressing. Just not impressed. I don't expect everything to be perfect but it added up quickly. We
also asked for adult waters for our biggest kids and still got kids waters.

Our server was very friendly. But really seemed like the only one working. He had 3-4 tables and sat everyone that came in. Maybe it was too much to handle? Food was fine. Just not the excellence we usually have with chili's.

Ugh furniture shopping on a Saturday brought us here as the kids were dying of starvation. I have been to a Chili's in years and it was at an airport. I have to start out with the best thing first and work my way down from there. Service.Even though somewhat slow, waiter was great. He was busy but I could tell he was working hard and trying to to a good job. I commend that. The food was good because we were starving. Nothing exciting, but did the job. Now is where I really draw the line. Beer. Lukewarm. How can this be acceptable. I started with an ultra then to a Bud Light thinking it would be improved, but it wasn't.
If we return to Chili's it would simply be because everything else was closed or too crowded.

The welcome and greeting was great. There were not a lot of patrons at dinner. Our server showed up quickly and was very courteous and attentive. We received our meals in a timely manner but the food was cold. I could only eat a few bites then packed up and left.

I order a lemonade. I got it and was a kid size, my waiter was looking at me while i reacted i didn't make a big scene, i'm 18...

The food is dry. Service was horrible I've never been so istreated in my life. I saw a bed bug.

Very disappointed. We have been to this location many times for Happy Hour. This particular Monday all domestic tap beers were out (?). Only option was bottle. Instead of giving us the happy hour price, which we were told after the fact they wouldn't do, we were charged full price. Food was cold and service absent. Cost $30 more than we usually pay and bad service/food. Not worth a $70 tab for 2 on a Monday. Manager and waiter very confrontational and not willing to compromise. Their loss.
