my daughter loves going here. the staff is always so good to her. the food is always a hit. all around always worth coming here for her.

I always loved going to Chili's, it was my go-to chain restaurant. I ordered what I normally get - the Cajun pasta. This time I got shrimp instead of chicken. The flavor was great, just as how I remembered but the pasta was over-cooked and the bread was dry and also smaller. I noticed that the pasta was also overcooked in the different locations I've been to (NJ, MA, & NY). It's a shame because I really enjoyed their Cajun pasta.

Good service very nice staff I give them five star for that food is also good but they do need to upgrade the menu. But the food is good

I went here today with a girlfriend lunch. The televisions were on for Football Sunday. The restaurant was busy but not overly. We waited a few minutes to be seated. After a few additional minutes our server came over, never told us her name. I had to ask her name which seemed to annoy her that I asked. Jessica was beyond inattentive like we were bothering her asking questions. I asked if the bacon could be left off the soup because I am a vegetarian and don't eat meat. She said it could. I did order something else which had meat in it and she didn't bother to tell me. When I asked she replaced it with something else and proceeded to charge me for the replacement. After saying I was not paying for the replacement she took it off and marked it "Goodwill"

Ate dinner here three nights while I was in Farmingdale for work.
Got seated promptly all three nights. Service got better as the week went on with the last night being the best for service.
Place was busy all three nights I was there and sat at the bar all three nights.
Bartenders were friendly and engaging all three nights.
My co-worker charmed the bartender into comping us beers the last night we were town.
Will definitely go back the next time I'm in town.

Yesterday was my first time going to chilis, absolutely loved it the food was very good ! The drinks were good too. I received good service the girl was always checking up on my table. Definitely coming back !!

Food was breathtaking I was very impressed by how fast the food was brought out to us and the lava cake made me wanna cream. Service was a 10/10 we had a great waitress named Mel that day she was my homegirl. The vibes were just perfect the day was made to perfection with my homegirl Mel

My buddy and I had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. The place was pretty empty when we arrived but got busier after we were seated.

The service was excellent. We were greeted by the hostess and were shown to a nice, large booth. Our server arrived quickly and told us about the 2 for 1 tap beer special that included Stella. Sold.

I had the Old Timers burger and my friend had a quesadilla. The food was delivered quickly. My only issue with the food was partially my fault. I wasn't asked how I wanted my burger cooked and I didn't tell the server. It came well done. No juices flowing. That's not how I like my meat cooked. Again, partially my fault. It wasn't bad, but wasn't as tasty as I would have liked. It came with fries, and they should really consider serving a few more fries with a burger order.

When push comes to shove, I would return. And I would make sure to speak up and ask for my meat to be served medium rare.
