As good as it gets for fast food. And the service is always good. Every fast food chain in America could learn from these folks.

I came here to try the new seasonal CFA sandwich. If you were doubting the combo of pimento cheese on a chicken sandwich, here's your sign to give it a try! The creamy pimento cheese really adds to the flavor of the chicken, and the honey and pickled jalapeños also are a great flavor combo. I tried it on the spicy chicken sandwich but I'm sure it would be good on the classic sandwich as well.

As for the service, the employees were friendly per typical CFA style, but I felt like they weren't incredibly efficient with the drive thru line, not as much as other locations I've been to. You might wait a while for the food, but it was hot.

My family and I are fans of Chick Fil-A. Sadly, the one in our neighborhood, Peace Haven, is closed and being remodeled. Therefore, we go to the one on Knollwood. On two occasions, only 2 weeks apart, our orders were missing items. The first order (drive-thru), they failed to give us our kids meal. We received the milk; so they knew we had a kids meal with our order. On the 2nd visit, we had to Door Dash. On that visit, the restaurant missed a 12-ct nuggets order. What sucks is that it was Door Dash so we had to pay a premium for the delivery. Although the company gave us a free kids meal for the first order, we are still left with people in our party missing food.
I hope management at the Knollwood location improves soon. Or perhaps, we'll wait to eat Chick Fil-A until the one on Peace Haven opens.

It was everything you would expect. "My pleasures" all over, quick service, very busy. Food of expectable quality.

Restroom was sub-par on cleanness, but had soap, hot water, paper towels.

The single-lane drive thru is not helping this location - they need to take notes from neighboring, better-organized locations that have double lanes. At peak meal times, it WILL take you 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru. Otherwise, the staff and food are good, like every other Chick-Fil-A

We arrived at about 630, drive thru line looked very long. We opted to go inside and there wasn't much of a line at all. We ordered very quickly and got our food within about 2-3 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant and we had no issues at all.

As for the food, what can you really say? It's Chic-Fil-A. Chicken was hot, fresh, crispy. The fries seemed like they were recently made. The lemonade beats out any other lemonade I've ever had. I've been to this location before and I certainly will be back as I've always had an awesome experience

Every time I go to Chick-Fil-A every single staff member I encounter is ALWAYS so nice. Whether it's the drive-thru or going inside (when the inside was open).

The drive-thru lines are normally pretty long, but they are extremely efficient.

Their peach milkshakes are my absolute favorite.

This is the SLOWEST Chick-fil-a I have EVER been to. EVER. It doesn't matter if it's drive-thru or dining room, it will take 20 minutes. This isn't a one-off, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME.

You can always count on friendly customer service and a clean facility. For the most part I am always satisfied with their food! Very delicious, especially their breakfast! The spicy chicken is my go-to no matter what because I love spicy! Sometimes I even dip it in hot sauce! I love their deserts also, the chocolate chip cookies are nice and warm and the sundaes are amazing. I tend to go during an odd time of day because there is always a line, but you can order online to avoid the wait! With their app you start to collect points over time with each purchase and earn free food. Kids love this place! Some locations even have a playplace.

Bad experience got order all wrong and waited for them to remake and food came out sad ... not coming to the location again.

I get that custom orders can be challenging, but when you order a deluxe Spicy sandwich, add a few things to it, you're in a rush, get home and find out that they left off those extras AND the things that come on the deluxe, there's a training problem. Let me throw in I did have to pull up to the red sign and wait, but when I was handed the food I felt like I was at McDonalds with a "Here" and didn't even see the employees face. By far worst CFA ever built. This was at 11/11:10 by tso it was slow and wasn't too busy.
