I just wanted to mention that Lorna was awesome! My son and I were dining in and I saw her cleaning the high chairs, I asked if she can bring it to our table. She came over with the high chair and table mat. She wiped our table down.

Later, I was low on water. She had walked by and I asked if she can refill my water for me. She was so sweet and fast.

We used to come to this Chick Filet all the time. I always order the same thing, my favorite chicken cool wrap. Through the years it just got smaller and smaller with the price getting higher and higher. As of this year, I got a cool wrap that was so small I had to add grilled nuggets into my order. What was supposed to be a simple meal quickly became as expensive as if I ordered Kalbi ribs. When did chicken cost as much as beef ribs?

The service is still good. Nothing wrong there. I generally do drive-thru. Ever since Covid we no longer sit and eat anymore. I thought all Chick Filet had these tiny portion sizes. But no, I discovered it's just this location. The cool wrap is literally just a tortilla sprinkled with salad and tiny bits of chicken. Don't even get me started on the size of the fries ...

Love this location! The staff are friendly and they have a good sized parking lot outside. Also love the toddler play area which makes eating out so much easier when you have littles.
It's super convenient to place a mobile order and pickup.
Their chicken sandwiches are yumm and so are their fries!!

This Chick-fil-A did a good job along with The District location of absorbing the overflow from the long renovation closure of the Marketplace location.

The service and courtesy at almost any Chik-fil-A will be excellent as here.

Chicken entrees, sides, drinks and dessert are always well-prepared.

Their food is good for the price point. Each time I go there, the products are always consistent in quality. The lemonade and spicy chicken deluxe are my favorites. The French fries taste good, but they could be much crispier. Often the fries are limp. Their mobile sales people (outside) are very cheerful and polite. That makes the experience much better than most fast food places.

I had a very bad experience with this location today at drivr through . I ordered two groups of grilled nuggets and then I found out at home that they put for me the breaded one and they put more and charged extra money very very unprofessional

Went today around dinner time, and they got my order completely wrong :( I get that it was busy but it was really sad when I got home and saw that pretty much my entire order was incorrect. I ordered unsalted fries and 2 sandwiches with no butter, but they came out as regular fries and sandwiches.

Worst drive thru experience. I have never been insulted with sarcasm with no blatant regards for customer service.

Me: Can I get some sauce for my meal.
Lady: You did not ask for any, how many would you like?
Me: I did ask for some, I would like 4, please.
Lady: you didnt ask the girl taking the orders, but I will give you some.
***cashier inside tells the lady that I did ask for some, it shows on the receipt***
Lady: *didn't apologize for the mistake** Oh so you have two sauce already.
Me: Can I get a total of 4?
Lady: You already have two, so I will give you two more, okay? *with sarcasm*
Me: Thank you.
***Cashier inside gives the lady only one more and smiles. The lady laughs and says this is why I love you and gives me the bag back***
Me: I checked the bag and only count 3 sauce.
Lady: There is 4 sauce inside.
Me: I know what I heard and saw and I think I can count to 4...
Lady throws two extra sauce inside my bag and says thank you have a good day with an attitude.

How can someone be so stingy and rude about one extra sauce. This is in Irvine, a wealthier neighborhood as well. She said all this with such an attitude and sarcasm. Didn't even try to hide it. Sleeve was up showing a bunch of tattoos and lots of piercings. Didn't sound or look very professional.

Overall experience was bad. I hope management see this and conduct a review on her. Not a good image for Chic Fil A.

I wrote about him before, now realizing I've spelt his name wrong in my past review. But Aashir, (now a manager but have been seeing him for a long time) has the best customer service I have ever seen! We had an issue with our nuggets being cold and he immediately stopped what he was doing to fix our order, check the temperature of all the nuggets that the kitchen was giving out, and he said he had a conversation with kitchen to ensure fresh food items were given out! He then gave me super fresh nuggets and a card for a free cfa sandwich!

Just adding more pictures of the free 8 pc chicken nuggets and that amazing chocolate chunk cookie I got free for my birthday sooooo good!
