Chick-fil-A

2pm. Store is busy. Cashier a little confused, but no biggie. Turned around from paying and there was a rep with my food on a tray, hot and yummy. Store is clean. Usual Chik problem of getting out of the handicapped space which is always blocked by drive in line.

This place runs like a well oiled machine! We went through the drive-thru at lunch this week and it was done so well, with the two car lines, taking our order ahead of time and giving our name, paying to the girl under the tent, and then receiving the order in no time at all. These guys are good!

The chicken sandwiches were hot and crispy, just perfect!

I had a very unpleasant experience here. The days of Chick-fil-A going above and beyond are over. They Forgot 3 items I ordered and normally I check the bag but I thought... "This is Chick-fil-A." So I drove home and realized I didn't have all the items so I called them and the person who spoke to me was not very helpful at all. I drove back to Chick-fil-A and they gave me the items and didn't even apologize. Wasted my time and didn't even compensate me with a free item. This has only happened to me once with Chick-fil-A. The last time it happened they gave me a 10 dollar gift card and a free mac & cheese. Most importantly they were genuinely apologetic for the inconvenience. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

I don't expect them to give me something for nothing but at least apologize to me for wasting my time and money. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Only reason they have 1 star is because I can't give them 0 stars. Ordered breakfast on the app. Prepaid the order. Walked in the store at 10:33. Manager tells me it's impossible to make my breakfast. If I was in the store 3min earlier they could make it. This company has lost its compass on customer service. The beginning of the end for what was once a great brand.

Newly renovated. I put in a mobile order and the drive thru was still super long. Maybe it's a new staff and they are all being trained for the first time. This is the slowest chick fil a location i have ever been to.
They even forgot to include the sauces I asked for with my food. Very disappointing!

Beware. If you place a mobile pick up order, there is no separate line in the drive-through so you have to wait through the entire line just like everybody else to get your food. Makes absolutely no sense why they would have a mobile drive-through app. Port Orange has their own line and it works great. First and last visit to this location for sure.

It's impossible to fathom how people actually eat at this place. The smell of old fried and re-fried grease is overpowering, you can actually smell it across the road. The food tastes horrible and smells the same. I can't simply understand why folks would wait in a 15 car long line for anything from this place.
Definitely I do not recommend nor suggest this place.

Did an order through the mobile app and had delivered through door dash. The order came out wrong as I ordered 10 CFA biscuits and they sent a box of 10 minis. I called the store and the Manager Magna told me door dash messed up. I said how as Chick-fil-A is who puts the food in the bag. She wanted to argue that it wasn't their fault and was saying oh well. It was Teresa the other manager got on the phone and apologized and stepped me through on how to get it fixed. All I know is the first manager is NOT UP to Chick-fil-A standards and needs training or demotion.

I paid almost $12 for a Cobb salad with only four pieces of genetically modified grilled chicken on it. This was a reminder of why I don't come here.. absolutely disgusting

The food was awful the mac and cheese should have been thrown in the trash it was all burnt and stuck together.

Service was slow today and they even gave me the wrong order geez I didn't even think it was that hard but
