About the Business
As we navigate the evolving impact of coronavirus on our communities, we are temporarily closing our dining room seating to help limit person-to-person contact. Some of our restaurants may only offer service through our drive-thrus, while others may be able to offer takeout, delivery or mobile order options.…

3/29/2017I don't go to fast food chains on principle, but I got a gift card for breakfast so why not?
I got the chicken biscuit, gut wreck burrito, and hash browns.
Since I can only really compare it to MickeyD, I say they are way tastier than them. Would I get it in a pinch again? Most definitively.
Their location is pretty sweet. Got it to go and sat outside by the Midtown letters enjoying the cool morning while stuffing my face! - 48287785
2/25/2020I'm currently sick with the flu and unable to stay home from work.
My coworkers suggested that we all walk to this location at Colony Square for lunch and so that I could purchase the chicken soup in order to feel better.
The new location is fresh and clean.
It was peak lunch time when we arrived to place our carry out orders. The line was full but was organized and moved fast.
I noticed that each item was 15% more expensive than the location at Druid Hills near my home.
My order of two bowls of chicken soup plus a large fries was rather pricey.
The soup was hot and delicious and just what a sick person needed. My large order of fries was a disappointment. The container was only half full and they ranged from lukewarm to cold. All the fries in the bottom of the container were small crumbs rather than complete waffle fries.
My coworkers received the incorrect sandwiches. The counter staff wasn't very apologetic and seemed put out about replacing the sandwiches.
Overall a mediocre experience. I realize rent is probably more expensive here hence the increased prices. I would go back only for convenience sake but not as a first choice. - Bishop E.Buckhead, Atlanta, GA0182
7/31/2020Was denied employment here at Colony Sq Chick-fila because the restraunt moved on the candidates , Which i understand
But then had the nerve to say "we also support more of a christian culture here" according to the manager. Not sure what he may have been referring to exactly, But don't reccomend this place. They were judging me without even knowing me as a person. Wouldnt even step foot in here to get something to eat after this experience. - 96162756
5/31/2019The colony square location has been around midtown for quite some time and was a go-to when working in the area. As part of the recent renovation of colony square, chick fil a moved locations, from Peachtree (near starbucks) to the side of colony square, off 14th, near Establishment. The old location has plenty of issues, but still highly popular in the work week due to the many offices nearby.
The inside is very nice and seems like a trend of new stores has a very simple, but nicer look. There are a lot of high tables and single line seating (currently facing the construction zone), but perfect seating for lunch and business crowd. There is also a large amount of seating outside, shared space as part of the colony square, by 14th. We took our food to-go, but look forward to eating there in the future.
The food was classic chick fil a, good chicken and fries. However, they made a few errors, I asked or my drink without ice (even marked as such on the receipt), but was full of ice. Second, we ordered a 12 count of nuggets, but only received 7 nuggets. It's unfortunate to see a brand new store, but still struggling with the same old issues this store has had in the past. - Dan D.Atlanta, GA2514968
8/16/2019If you can't roll out menu items properly, don't do it. If I can't get decent service and fast food, I'll take my business away from extremist conservative groups.
Got a chicken club and mac and cheese. That was fine. Then after I paid I was told I couldn't get mac and cheese. I said fine, I wanted fries and a refund of the upcharge. Two minutes later a manager asked if I wanted a different premium side. I did not want a different premium side. The manager then told me he needed to refund my card. Then I got pulled back in line to refund my card and recharge me. Then one of the employees told the manager they already gave me my food. They did not. Ultimately I needed 15 minutes and 6 conversations with employees to get a lousy sandwich and fries.
What a farce. - Cindy J.Hayesville, NC01
10/3/2019The food is always perfectly cooked. The restaurant is clean and appealing. There have been occasional mistakes but no more than any other restaurant- fast food or otherwise. Today they ran out of fries and I could choose a substitute side order. The staff gave me twice as much food to compensate and they did a great job maintaining their friendly service.

5/1/2018I frequent Chick-Fil-A but this particular one is the WORST! I usually walk across the street grab lunch and walk back to the office to eat. By the time I get back to my desk (5min) the food is hard and cold. :(
today 5-1-18 I got the Cow Calendar free Fries and Drink. The fries was COLD, HARD AND OVER COOKED. I also order chicken nuggets (12) to enjoy with the free fries, also COLD, HARD AND OVER COOKED minus two nuggets. I think I will start eating off the food trucks parked out side. As this location is not at all what I am used to for a Chick-Fil-A. Not to mention your usual "it's my pleasure" is missing at this location. Chick-Fil-A Colony Square you all are giving other chains a Really bad name. Please get it together. - 6488852
12/26/2016Walked here and got food. Waked all the way back to my office just to realize in the chicken nugget container that was supposed to have 8 nuggets had chicken minis. Kinda mad that I paid for 8 nuggets and got 3. Chick fil a owes me some nuggets lol.

10/8/2019I Found Dead Ants in My Ice Cream, Like Ewwww Girl! The Manager Sucks Too! Like The Tissue in The Restroom Is Horrendous & Scratchy, Like Do They Even Care About Their Customers? & The Customers are More Ratchet Than I Am. What a Shame

2/22/2018Very efficient chick fil a. Tip order on the app to skip the line and earn treats. The wrap I ordered was delish and served chilled.

8/28/2018Seven dollas on my breakfast at Chic Fil A on Peachtree st and the Biscuit and service was terrible! Oh and the ice coffee was water ice and vanilla syrup seem like. Just please do better sheesh
- James R.Atlanta, GA35143
5/19/2018Honestly doesn't meet the standards for chick fil a. Extremely slow service and they regularly mess up orders.

2/9/2017Not my favorite CFA location. I've been 3 times, and two of those times they have been out of something I ordered. They always do their best to make it right, but it is a bit frustrating. The location gets busy at lunchtime, and closes at 6pm, so heads up if you're looking for dinner there. There is an entrance on the peach tree road outside, and also one an indoor entrance from the mall. Overall, this is a good option for grabbing a quick bite

12/2/2016This is in the colony square building where I work so I eat here several times a week. Good food, fast most of the time except between 7am and 9:30 and 12-2pm, lunch and breakfast rush. Deanna the manager is very friendly and keeps the establishment a well oiled machine. I always get the number 1 chicken sandwich with a Polynesian sauce . Good service! Try it out!
- DialUp A.Atlanta, GA185101
4/5/2018They get it right MOST OF THE TIME other times cold fries.. stalker employees.. very busy with locals so they aren't that bad
- Melinda E.Summerhill, Atlanta, GA01
1/2/2018The manager Tony, was exceptionally friendly and helpful and professional!!!
He is a true diamond !!! - RandB F.Atlanta, GA141
8/10/2016Wanted to send special praise to Deanna, Justin and staff from this Midtown location who always do a first class job putting together my monthly lunch order for our company. I appreciate and always impressed on how consistent their "attention to detail" customer service is with all employees working at the counter. It is obvious that Chickfil-A does a great job investing in employee training.
Thank you again Deanna and Justin for your great smiles and customer service!

10/10/2015'Fast-foods' that means the eater is fasting = don't eat at that restaurant at all, LOL!.
Chick-fil-A fries the bird to a hard brick-like CRISP which probably appeals to the obese diner who just wants another taste of grease, salt, MSG and GMO.
I ate this crappy food 10 years ago in SC and that bad-boy is still making my urine yellow and my stomach queasy!!!! - Brian S.San Francisco, CA689158201
11/3/2014Very, very, very, very friendly staff. I continue to be impressed.
The people who work here always go out of there way to be as accommodating as possible, which is rarely the case at fast food joints. I am always greeted as soon as I walk up to the register area immediately, and the people who work here clearly care very much about customers. I mean, they always use my name when I order, they thank me for coming, I'm into it.
The food? Honestly it's a little overrated. Gimme In-N-Out over Chick-Fil-A in a heartbeat. (Queue the haters). But it's solid, cheap, and hits the spot.
But to anyone who works here -- keep doing what you're doing. I'm always going to have those occasional cravings for some quick-and-dirty fried chicken and waffle fries, and when I do, this will continue to be the play. - Dan B.Marietta, GA04011
5/24/2017If you are looking for that friendly chic fil a atmosphere.... this ain't it. Sure you get the same food you get at any chic fil a bit the service is not the same and the restaurant cleanliness is not the same.
This is hands down the worst service of any chic fil a I have ever been to
