Our furnace went out while we were away for a few days, so we came back to a very cold condo and wanted to find and fix the issue ASAP. Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor took our call the very next morning and sent Felix out who arrived even earlier than the estimated window. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He took his time to identify and fix the issue. Pricing was very reasonable as well. We'll definitely call this business and ask for Felix again in the event anything else happens with our HVAC!

Saul gave me an estimate of $11K to replace a furnace which another company replaced at our other place for $4K a 1.5 years ago. Even with inflation almost 3 times, you go figure if you can trust them.

But please do keep in mind, our prices come with everything included (no hidden fees) A lot goes into pricing such as overhead, warranty, taxes, labor etc If you call us at any time of the day we are there. We are a PREMIER company therefore, that comes with premier prices and options for you to choose from. Orlando stopped out today for regular maintenance today and did a great job. Was very polite and efficient. Price was exactly what they quoted over the phone. Orlando did a good job explaining my options for my furnace over the next few years. My first time using them, I'm happy with the service and will be getting regular maintenance from them in the future.

One of our a/c units was acting up, so we had someone out to do maintenance on both. The wonky one needed a new compressor, so I got quotes on both repairing and replacing. I wound up going with a different company that had much better pricing--we replaced for less than half the cost this company quoted for repair--and who worked with the manufacturer to get the compressor covered under the warranty.

Allen went over the issues he found, installed a new motor, cleaned the furnace, and assisted with locating a leak that originated from the upstair neighbor's HVAC unit's dehumidifier. Erick, Joshua, and Felix who all arrived during their stated time window were professional, extremely courteous, and worked quickly to diagnose the issue and install the new water heater. Truly exceptional service at a fair price. Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor, you've earned a new customer. I am happy to highly recommend this company to others too.

I have a mixed review for this company. On the one hand, they came out the same day I called, and their techs were friendly and helpful. On the other hand, I feel like I got ripped off. Our water heater stopped working, and when the tech came out to look at it, he discovered that it was leaking in a couple of places and there was lots of corrosion, and it would probably keep having issues. He quoted me some prices for a tankless heater and a tank heater of the same size. Not knowing what the going rate for a water heater was, I went with the price quoted for the tank heater and labor to install that day. Come to find out later, I probably paid two or three times what I should have. Given the make and size of the heater, I was probably paying much more for the labor than for the heater itself. The invoice was just the full price for the whole project, with no breakdown. When I asked for a breakdown, they wouldn't give it to me, so I don't even know how much of that was for the heater and how much was labor. I should have done my homework and checked out prices before agreeing to a quote, but this was the middle of a workday and I wanted to have hot water that night. Better to have gone with cold water for a couple of days.

Hello Brian, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with some of our services. Please do keep in mind we are a flat fee company and many things come into place when coming with pricing. Not just equipment & labor. For instance, overhead, warranty for 5 years, registration of your warranty with Rheem, the delivery of the new equipment, the disposal of the old equipment's, fittings, piping, the service that was provide to you and much much more. We also do buy our equipment from an HVAC supplier which gives us more commercial grade hot water tanks and of course their prices are mark up. Also we do give customer the opportunity to decline the quote and if the concern of a breakdown was given to us before installation, we would have let you know that we were a flat fee company. The concern came in after the tank was already installed. Also please do keep in mind that we were able to install your water heater on the same day. Once again we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the part about our breakdowns. We wish the best.

Hello, GHOST D?! We always are transparent on our service before heading out. Most HVAC companies charge a service charge to come out and diagnose your issue. So we are not any different. That covers our technicians time and knowledge to advise you on what is going on with your system. It is better to be upfront and honest before we book our appointment, Rather than surprise a customer with hidden fees. Now if this was an estimate for a new system, that would of been a FREE in home estimate. We are sorry to hear you were not the company for you but the review was really uncalled for. A nice no thank you but thank you for responding in a timely manner would of been a nicer way to come about this. We wish you the best.
