John and his team were awesome and took amazing care of me and my vehicle. I drove from Denver to have work done because I couldn't find an honest and knowledgeable mechanic in my area and I'm glad I took the risk. Saved me thousands in repairs and did a custom fit that I can't be more thankful for. This is how you run a shop!! Thanks again guys, I'll be back.

The folks at C.A.R.S are sensational. My wife and I have been loyal customers for the past two and a half years and we have experienced nothing short of stellar service since bringing them our vehicles. They are honest, courteous, and hardworking people. Each and every time a vehicle of ours is serviced, the great folks there go above and beyond to make sure our automobile is returned in a speedy yet efficient fashion. This shop and the owner John are fraud and liars. It's is honestly disgusting. We trusted our vehicle with them for steering repairs. However when we came back there was a significant damage to the passenger side door. When we pointed out the damage the owner looked us in our eyes and said they didn't cause the damage. The way they store your vehicle is not right and I would not trust this shop for any repairs.

They went out of their way to get me in right away and gave me a ride home. I forgot to tell her when to turn to take me home and still was understanding. They are the best?

I am a glutton for punishment as I get some weird thrill out of buying a car thousands of miles away and hoping/praying it all works out. I am better than 50/50, but not much. Based on spend after receipt I am likely far behind!

This time I found a truck in Cheyenne, WY that looked interesting. It had a diesel engine and they can be really expensive to repair. And it is 26 years old. I wanted an independent set of eyes on the truck locally. After reading their reviews on YELP, I decided to contact CARS (Cheyenne Auto Repair & Service-clever, right?).

Rachel answered the phone and she was amazing. Rather than treating me like the lunatic I am, she was kind, thoughtful and asked good questions. She also provided excellent and timely follow up. While it is not a service they typically offer, she arranged for one of their certified diesel mechanics, Dylan, to stop by the dealership and give the truck the once over. His review was thorough and included an estimate of what he recommended in terms of repairs. He is calling me later to chat about the truck and his report as a measure of follow through.

I could not have been happier with the friendliness, professionalism, quality and speed of service. Outstanding company and outstanding people. I would highly recommend CARS for your car services.

We are from out of town and decided that we needed to get our oil changed. So we looked on yelp and found that this business was highly rated. We called the office and the woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and told my husband that the oil filter for our car was available. So we made an appointment (after washing our car), and came in for the oil change. These technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, which is what you really want when you go to a mechanic. We were just passing through town so we made an appointment and were able to get in within an hour. Once we arrived they immediately brought our car into the shop and began to change the oil. It didn't take long and he was able to reset the computer on the dashboard. We highly recommend C. A. R. S. !

My reliable car of nearly 10 years left me stranded on I-80 outside of Cheyenne today. No other shop nearby could get my car in, but the kind folks here at we're able to get my car in and out quickly! This was important, as I really needed to get back to Colorado for work.

My car broke down in Cheyanne on my way from Oregon to Nebraska. John was a LIFESAVER. He managed to speed order the part we needed and installed it within the same day! I am beyond thankful for his kindness and ability to prioritize us knowing that we needed to get on the road that same day. 10/10 recommend him and his business for anyone needing auto repair in Cheyanne! Not only is he good at what he does but he is so kind and compassionate!

Small locally owned shop. They do a thorough job, but it make take a couple of days, as they usually have a waiting list.
