WORST SERVICE!!! Manager Andrew Wong gave so much attitude and refused to help out with my transaction. I stopped at this branch instead of my usual branch because it was along the way. I went in to cash a check and the teller didn't want to cash it so I asked to speak to a manager to explain why I couldn't cash a check when I had enough funds in my account. Andrew came out and without looking at my account or giving me any reasons why they wouldn't cash my check he said no and that he didn't care. I am a pretty understanding person when it comes to policies but I went to a different branch along my way and had no problems what so ever. If he is a representation of what chase is becoming then I suggest you take your money else where. Not sure how someone with such a bad attitude and no customer service skills is a manager.

Branch employees are always helpful to all my needs. Rachael, one of the tellers, is amazing. Very kind and patient. She answered all my questions.

I have been a loyal private client since I opened my account a decade ago and have consistently received excellent service from the same banker throughout this time. However, yesterday, upon returning from my overseas trip, I wanted to express my gratitude by sharing some souvenirs with my banker, only to find that he was unavailable.

I entered another banker's office, assuming that they also catered to "private clients." However, the response I received left me feeling quite frustrated. She simply informed me that my regular banker was currently absent and then promptly returned her attention to her computer screen, showing a lack of interest or willingness to assist me.

In my disappointment, I decided to approach her again, inquiring about the estimated time of my banker's return. To my surprise, she suggested that I go outside and seek assistance from one of her colleagues. I couldn't help but express my disappointment, stating that as a private client, I expected a more personalized service, which should have been apparent to her.

I approached one of her coworkers, seeking information about when my banker would be back, and also inquired about the name of the lady I had spoken to, as I intended to file a complaint about her unhelpful demeanor. This coworker identified himself as the branch manager and assured me that he would address the situation with the uncooperative staff member.

I sincerely hope that he follows through on his promise, as my loyalty to this branch is primarily because of my trusted banker. Otherwise, I would be disinclined to visit this branch at all. It's essential for such incidents to be addressed promptly, as they could lead to a deterioration in the branch's reputation, resulting in negative feedback from other clients like myself.

There were two tellers behind the counter when I came in. One customer was being helped so I walked toward the open one since the ATM was in use. The woman behind the counter waved her arms in the air without uttering a word to me. I was confused and she continued aggressively waving her arms in the air at me without speaking. I'm going to assume she was communicating to me to go wait for the teller helping a customer? Not entirely sure because I was never spoken to. Their customer service is lacking and I truly believe management does not care and corporate doesn't follow up. The last time I came in a customer was yelling at the woman behind the counter (maybe the same woman who didn't help me today?) for their abysmal customer service and poor attitude and that was months ago. Doesn't seem like they improved. I'll continue to strictly use the ATM here if I need to come in.

I had banked at this branch for over 12 years. I used to have a wonderful experience, the financial advisors had helped me open up various accounts. During the pandemic, I have not been there in person, but recently came back to open up a 529 savings account for my daughter, and had the most unwelcome and off putting experience I had ever seen in any bank I have ever banked with.

First, the person told me that they don't offer 529 accounts. This was a lie, since I had open one previously. I had challenged this statement, and the person disappeared for a minute to speak to their superior. They then informed me that the only way to open a 529 account is to schedule a meeting with financial advisor, and that requires having $100,000 in the account. I was shocked to hear this.

The moment I left the branch, I drove down the road to the Taraval branch, and asked the same question, and there, just like magic, I had been booked in for an appointment with financial advisor, and nobody even questioned this.

What an unbelievably rude and obnoxious treatment I have received at this branch, it is beyond belief.

I will avoid this branch from now on.

Ahh yes... 5 months since my last review and what do ya know? Still terrible. This morning there are 7 people in line with only 2 tellers. It's been 15 minutes already. Lots of other employees standing around doing absolutely nothing.

Also, how hard would it be to hire at least one person who speaks clear enough English so you can have a conversation without having to say "I'm sorry can you repeat that" 3 times?

I took my mom here on a Saturday morning to open a business account. Parking was ample. The branch is beautiful, clean, and everyone is so friendly. Benny Ching is the bank representative that helped us. He is very considerate, thorough, friendly and patient. He took his time explaining and answering all of my mom's questions. He was recommended by my aunt, and my mom will surely refer others to him.

Went to withdrawal cash inside the bank. There were five people behind the teller window but only one teller was taking customers. The person in front of me was taking forever and I waited 15 minutes to do a two minute transaction. Very POOR customer service.

What is the process for bank fees during the pandemic times?
I have noticed that the Chase has been deducting bank service fees starting from October of 2020.
Now, they have reguse to refund service fees since it was 4 months ago.

Big question, who hired the rude employees here? The other branches are nothing like this, this is very unprofessional and I honestly think they are hiring random interns that know nothing.

I come in and try to deposit/withdraw money and its a very unpleasant atmosphere, the people at the front usually give me attitude depending on what I wear.

Bank of America is A+ though. This Chase Branch used to be top notch though, not sure who put these unprofessional people at this branch....
