Wow .. so slow. I was the only person in the drive thru. It was 8:55am and I just needed to withdraw $100 in twenty dollar bills. How long would you imagine such a task would take? I thought it would be like 3-5 minutes but the whole process took nearly ten minutes. I'm not sure why this happened but I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

The teller team is very helpful and courteous. However, the 1-star rating is based solely on my recent experience with Chase personal banking representative, J. Raul Morales who presents an arrogant demeanor and exemplify "I could care less whether you do business with us or not attitude".

Chase bank as a company is good but this particular location is not.
But do not use this location, they are rude and uncooperative. Especially the personal banker David and a young lady named Gina.
If you call them at 9:30 AM, everyone is busy and absolutely no one will assist, nor will they allow you to hold.
Customer service training is something the employees at this branch desperately need.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike R.Plano, TX6120384Oct 27, 2019
I've been banking at this branch for years. The staff is always friendly and there are always enough tellers to keep the lines down. There is an ATM inside, outside, and in the drive through. Very convenient. the location right on the corner for easy access. It's always simple to do my banking here and I'm always greeted with a smile.

This branch is constantly slow as humanly possible. The tellers as well as the bankers as well. The manager does nothing except tell you someone else will help you as he is too busy just walking around. Do yourself a favor and go to the branch on Park and Coit. They are very fast and the manager there will actually help you out!

The worst trained employees. Went in to get auto draft for a new car loan... they assured me it was set up correctly. When funds weren't withdrawn, I called the 800 number. I set up bi weekly drafts to pay for the loan... come to find out...CHASE DOESNT OFFER THIS FEATURE FOR CAR LOANS . I'm a loyal B of A customer.. I went to them and had it set up within minutes... I was at CHASE for over an hour and nothing... poorly trained managers reflected in poorly trained personnel. Never again CHASE

Has anyone ever opened a credit card and then did a bvalance transfer small amount 2 K, to see how it worked. Well let me tell you that is a awful trap, I made large payments before the balance transfer became due of 1800.00. Then made another 1000. with the intent to payoff, in the 0 interest period ending 7/2019. As of 10/2019 the balance transfer amount was the same or little higher accruing interest. So I called and specifically asked for a payment application of my payments, and why nothing had ever been applied. So at one point the balance transfer had a 27.99 rate, then I noticed it changed. i received a credit card agreement in the mail to explain how money gets applied. Double talk, I called and asked specifically again for these items and was told they can not do that & payment go to the higher APR. weel both amazing were at 0 for the same time and both went to 25.99 at different times. So I went to the bank to make a payment to be applied directly to the balance transfer, they could not do that. So I asked for a banker to explain to me how the money gets applied, she called the card service and was told if they are the same payment would be applied to the higest balance. OKay so that makes sense, ot the oldest makes more sense. So to date even though the balance transfer remains the highest and oldest, all payment continue to payoff current purchases. So wrote to Chase Corp & Comptroller of currency. The letter I received from the executive office, Blah! Blah, says what I have heard nothing about the highest balance or oldest balance. So all they have to do is make the interest rate the same, and they can do this for eternity and never touch the BT. So this amount is over a year old, it would seem the interest rate would be higher than current purchases (which it was for 2 months). Okay so tell me again why this is a benefit ? They are the only credit card that does this which is not at all transparent. I am 68 disabled, stuck in a never ending cycle of double talk to continue keeping the amount charging interest. This sound like the payday loans, that you never payoff. At least on the payday loan you could make payment directly to it, inconcievable you can not direct where your payment goes at a bank level...... So do not open any credit cards or transfer anything to it. Bad predatory lending !

I tried to make a cash deposit for someone that has an account here , but they would not let me deposit cash . They said I needed to be an account holder or deposit a money order or cashier's check. I asked to buy one , but they would not let me because I am not a member . I had to go get one and come back . It was just such a hassle . Never had this issue with any other institution. Very frustrating!!

I just wish they would answer their phone during business hours......getting a recording to call back later? Inexcusable.
