Chariot Tattoo

We called this place to see if they accepted walk-ins at 9 AM, we were told "sure, come by in an hour and they would be ready. We came by in an hour only to be told "sorry, just took somebody else before you, but you can come back in an hour." I asked if we could make an appointment and was told I needed a deposit. No problem here's 40 bucks. We showed both tattoos that were wanted and was told "sure he can probably do that. We came back in an hour. Waited a little bit. No problem. first of us goes in for the tattoo. No problem super simple. Now its my turn, "I didn't know there was two tattoos?" yes, we had showed the man both our ideas. apparently he did not tell the artist there were two. I then showed Grant three tattoos. I was told "no I don't really do those kinds of things" and "that one takes longer than you have." Mind you at this time, there was over four hours left. I was just speechless I had just waited 2 1/2 hours to be told basically "No. I don't wanna work on you."

Great experience for my son and I. It was his first tattoo as a birthday gift from me. The artist was very professional and kept it real with suggesting other options or adjustments to our original design plan. The place was very clean and maintained COVID safety measures. We would definitely return.

Came in Saturday at 2pm as a walk in to an empty shop just wanting a date tattoo on my hand. Grant discussed my idea with me and gave me his honest opinion about the design and location and how it would age.
We ended up opting to put a significantly larger piece on my forearm rather than my hand and I'm glad we did. Grant worked fast and accurately and gave my wife permission to hover and chat with us. The tattoo is better than I expected and cost about what I expected. So that's a win win in my book. I'll be back to see Grant for any more work I decide to get!

Found Taylor Bristow from a friend who had just gotten some work done and I'm so glad I did! He was able to schedule me in for the next day and I sent him a picture of what I wanted. He designed and drew it so beautifully that I decided to go for it. He did such a precise job that I've had nothing but compliments since I got it. I've handed out his info to like 12 people. I've gone to a few local artists and his work is by far the best I've had done so far. Can't wait to finish my arms and get some new work done from him. The environment was clean, he was funny and kind and his co-worker, Waylon was also freaking amazing. Found my new artist!

I saw this place online and I'm glad I found it. Taylor hooked me up with a cover up that looks amazing, and the shop itself is as cool as it can be and it's clean. It's what a tattoo shop is supposed to be like. Taylor is super cool, he's a fantastic artist and I even dug every song he had on. I'm looking forward to going back and getting more work done! If you are fan of traditional style tattoos done by talented and personable artists then this is the place you need to go to. It doesn't seem to me like the place to go if you get a wild hair up your ass and you and your buddies want to get barbed wire or some tribal crap on your arm, and I love that.

Update: I went ahead and got a full sleeve done on my left arm, all work done by Taylor. I couldn't be happier! Soon I'll be starting in my right sleeve.

I had the best experience at Chariot tattoo and I will most definitely be back! I absolutely love my tattoo. I am so grateful that I was referred to Taylor Bristow! I came to him with an idea in mind. He truly listened to me during our consultation. I felt even more secure after our consultation appointment. When I went for my actual appointment, he showed me the design he had come up with. I immediately fell in love with his work! I spent four hours with Taylor while he worked on me. He is kind hearted, genuine, completely professional, and super easy to talk to. I'm so so so thrilled with his work. My tattoo is healing well! I've received a ton of compliments. Grant did a rad job doing my tattoo. Rad design, beautiful shop and importantly CLEAN. Him and Taylor do amazing work.

Note, they don't do piercings, so if you want your junk done, you may have to go down the street. Ask Grant how long he could survive in the woods for a discount. Jk.
