I had a fantastic shopping experience at this store! The selection of clothing was not only stylish but also diverse, catering to various tastes. Laetitia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Her warm and friendly attitude made my shopping trip even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back

We had an unfortunate and unpleasant experience shopping here today. My mother and I were shopping and walked into this boutique for the first time. The lady working saw us enter, but did not greet us. We didn't initially think anything of it. As we continued shopping, she walks behind us pretending to do adjust a purse or blouse and then walks away. She did this on multiple occasions. Here's the kicker. She kept saying "bye, have a nice day." We looked around each time and didn't see anyone else in the store so we assumed we heard wrong.

The last time she said it, I replied "Ma'am we are still shopping, do you mean to say bye to us?" To which she looked at me and said "have a nice day" in a sarcastic tone while waving. We were in utter shock. So I replied "I guess we are leaving now. Thank you for your hospitality" and walked out of the store in complete shock while she smiled and waved.

I can't say why this woman discriminated against us, as it could have been for any reason. But it was clear she did not want us purchasing from her. We live locally and are so sad that people like this serve our community. Kindness is important.

It is a nice, cute shop with lots of beautiful choices, with decent prices. Customer service is satisfactory. The staff are helpful. They are plenty of parking spot in front of it. Check it out and support this small business. You will not regret it.

Super cute store in Newport Coast, I always find some new amazing pieces, like dresses tope skirts and more, I just love to pop in and to see what the new arrival for the day is, owner and staff are super friendly and helpful.
If you haven't been there I would definitely check it out it's so worth it.

I absolutely love the clothes I have purchased from Champagne! I feel so great in everything I wear from here! The selection is awesome and the styles are so fun and trendy! There are so few independent dress shops around today, this one is a jewel! You have got to go there, you won't be disappointed!

Champagne is truly one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. The owner of the store was helpful and insightful to my style preferences. She had patience and time for me, such a rare thing to find these days. I highly recommend Champagne to anyone who wants great fashion with the styling expertise of the ladies who run the store.

This boutique used to have class from the previous owner to her merchandise over the past years...the new owner is a pretentious, obnoxious woman who always pretends that her merchandise of different sizes are all sold out.. the truth is that she never orders enough of anything .. un- professional demeanor and definitely no class in her appearance and with her merchandise.. I will never put a penny in that place ever again.. enjoying the great customer service and classy staff and owner at Piaget at Crystal Cove and great service at Neiman Marcus Fashion Island.

I don't even know where to start with this business. The selection, the price, the owners....First, I don't understand who really honestly believes their prices are reasonable. Second, while some of their stuff is cute, a lot I find unattractive. I liked Jeanni Champagne, and the current staff is ok, but the new owners come in only a couple of times a week. I find them to be very unprofessional and as a business owner myself, that kind of work ethic is unheard of for a fairly new business, especially when trying to promote your business and be there for customers. You can't do it sitting at home. Finally, the owners have written themselves 5-star reviews and the other reviews might be from the staff...not 100% sure, but I'd venture to guess some are. All I know is I won't ever be shopping there. There are plenty of nicer boutiques out there anyway.

Great selection of clothes whether it is for a party, work or just casual. And Laetitia is the best when it comes to help you find the perfect outfits. I always follow her advice and got great compliments from my friends and co-workers on my new clothes! Love this place!
