Chair & Trellis

I stopped by this store on my way to zgallery, which is right next door. I have never bought an item from a boutique-like furniture store because usually it is either over-priced or the furnishings are unoriginal, or both. Not the case here! I walked out with a one-of-a-kind chair and ottoman, two beautiful lamps, and a set of candle holders that I am asked constantly "where did you get those"? This place is a treasure trove for beautiful goodies that you won't see anywhere else.

They carry some extremely amazing items from furniture, lighting, rugs and much more. Customer service is top knot has when ever I go there and buy stuff.
Sad to see this store close! Can't wait to see there new location soon prices are very reasonable

I think this is a swell store! They have an eclectic assortment of unique furnishings and home accessories that one won't see elsewhere. I've wandered the store many times, and I've always encountered different things, in different areas. It's like an interior designer's treasure hunt! I say that in a good way. There are mirrored pieces, Asian pieces, sculptures of various mediums, big and small, beautiful glass mosaic inlaid trays and contemporary table lamps, There are so many things, it's hard to describe the range of styles and merchandise pieces. And for such a small store, it's pretty amazing how so much can fit comfortably in the space.

I like how noone hovers over me when I browse, and how I've never felt pressured to purchase anything. If fact, I've always found the people who work here very professional. THere are times I've asked many questions about pieces and the folks here were very patient in taking the time to discuss them with me.

Today I purchased a sculpture I had my eye on for a long time. The salesperson at the cash was very helpful in asking if I needed help bringing the piece to my car (it was in a long box but super light, so I easily could manage on my own. But I was impressed that he asked!), and he even gave me a complimentary gift (a keychain/LED flashlight). What a nice gesture! This is a super place.

Went here last weekend looking for stuff for a new place I'm moving into. I "think" there was an employee in the store but they were just laying on a couch and totally ignored us. We walked around for a few minutes and finally just left. Doesn't seem like they're very interested in selling anything so I'd spend your time/money with someone who is.

It was a pleasure to meet Mark and his team, they have a great collection in the store and always exceeded our expectations to bring a glam look to our home.

I've bought 5 items from this store. The owner and workers there know me. I've also referred many friends yet despite the repeat business and referrals, their customer service gets worse each time.

On my recent visit just two days ago, I saw a chaise that was allegedly sold to someone else (this is what the salesperson told me). A few minutes later, Mark, the owner walked in and said the chaise was going back to the manufacturer because one of the legs was not anchored properly.

He was offering a 30% discount. I was discussing it with my mother and calling my husband to see if I should purchase it and Mark was rude enough to tell me I have to decide NOW as his truck was waiting up front. I don't see why he couldn't just go and park his truck elsewhere rather than trying to use pressure tactics to make me rush into a decision

Since my husband hadn't seen the chaise and since I planned on changing the upholstery and fixing the leg, I asked if he would consider a 50% discount. Not only did he shoot me down, he was extremely rude and walked away from me before we even finished our conversation.

Furthermore, earlier that same day, I had asked him when the store will have it's next sale. Mark lied and said it would be in February and then changed statements to say it will be in May. Upon checking my email this morning, I got a notification (I'm on the store's automatic mailing list) that the sale will be this weekend.

Not only is the owner and staff unprofessional, they are frauds. Next time, you're in the market for something they carry, check amazon out. You will find the exact item significantly cheaper and won't have to worry about poor customer service.

love love love this store! i live in the midwest & made a point of stopping in this store. lucky i did as the item i was looking for was on sale! ending up buying 2 of them & then came by later (on the way to the car) & found something else to buy. living in the midwest i know no one else will have the same art pieces as mine!

A dangerous place to visit as it is filled with quality designer furniture and accessories at mostly affordable prices.
The owner, a true class-act, will answer all your decorating questions with endless patience.
Everyone who comes through their doors is treated with the same respect regardless of the size of their pocket-book.
Even if you aren't in the buying mood, it's a fun place to come and visit and find out what's new in the world of design.
My all-time favorite store at Redmond Town Center.

When friends come over and ask, where did you get that fabulous mirror, chandelier, or chaise, I tell them it is from the Chair and Trellis!!!!

The owner is a high-end decorator, so you can also get execellent decorating ideas because he is always willing to take the time to help. For instance, I was not able to purchase a professional custom made tufted headboard, so the owner (who designs custom furniture) told me step by step how to make it on my own and it turned out great!!! I really appreciate his willingness to spend his time with me when he is so busy.
